Great movers for a Great price! True Blue Moving Group is great! It’s hard finding a decent moving company, but my buddy referred them to me and I was not disappointed.

My mom was moving from West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale and I’m one guy.

So I called them up and scheduled a walkthrough so they could get an idea of everything I needed moved. They quoted me $4528 which was $2000 less than anyone else in the area!!

The day of the move they called me 15 minutes before they arrived to let me know that they were on their way.

I booked charter van for moving my stuff from Virginia to Charlotte. They chose local partner as Budget moving & storage Rockville (MD). I paid total $2600 for my stuff. When I got my stuff, It was all damaged. My sectional couch was broken, dinning table & coffee table had visible dents. Dinner chair screws missing, crockery broken. Queen bed hardboard has free screws. I did try to reach out to Movers, after two months they offered me $100 for my claim, I mean how can someone be so insensitive? I did reach out to charter van lines to resolve my issues, I did multiple follow-ups. Even after dropping 5 emails, I never get a single reply. This is just unbelievable experience I had over last three months. I would request who-ever is reading this review, please please stay away from this movers. At the end of day any move is painful & I know there might be some damages but mover company has to listen to customers to resolve the issues but looks like charter van line & budget moving they don’t know how to treat customers.

Spoke with the Customer Service Manager today with Authority Moving Group and we came to a resolution on the vehicle transport issue. Other issues still exist.
Great Services at FIRST…. I used Authority Moving Group to move from FL to PA, there were responsible for moving cars and my home with a full pack service. The day before my move they called and asked to move the pick up day from monday until tuesday in which I told them that would not work based on the sale of my home. Received a call the day of the move from Radius Moving foreman who said they are on their way. Several hours later (Approx 2pm) they arrived with a crew, before packing an item the told me it was going to me over the cuft I reserved for my move (it should be noted that I did a phone estimate and then Authority Moving sent a independent person to my home to do an estimate who estimated a little over 2800 cu ft. which to be safe I purchased 2 full trucks 3400 cuft. Being stuck the foreman called the owner Michelle who said at worst it would be an additional $1500 to move everything with a guaranteed delivery date. My community was a restricted community so work had to end at 830 and they said they will be back by 10am. At 930 that morning I seen the moving truck outside my community I assumed he was waiting for the rest of the crew… Around noon I received a call from the foreman who asked me to bring him dollies so they could unload the truck at the first storage facility. So I load my car and took the dollies to them for them to arrive at my house around 3pm. They finally got the home packed around 9pm. This was after a call from Authority Moving about paying them cash so they can pay the crew and a argument between the foreman and crew in my drive way. When I received my items several items were broken even worse my kids play station was stolen. I attempted to settle this but they refused to do the right thing and fix all the things that were broken and/or stolen.
IN ADDITION during my car transport I agreed to pay additional money to get the vehicles transported and when the transporter arrived with my vehicles he would not let them off the truck without paying $1800 when $1500 was what we agreed to. I spoke with Authority Moving several times while the transporter was there and they told me I should only be paying $1500. Authority Moving agreed to reimburse me the extra $300 I had to pay to have my cars freed and 2 month later they have refused to pay me. The last message from the owner said read the contract which said $1500.00 was to be paid upon delivery. I even have text message from the manager that they were to send me the $300.00.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS I HAVE TO GET MY LEGAL COUNSEL INVOLVED. I WILL BE POSTING THIS MESSAGE EVERYWHERE I CAN TO PROTECT OTHERS.

We were given estimate for 1339 Cu. Ft of the stuff to be packed, loaded from the destination & Shipped to the destination.They(Top Moving Country) sent us 26 Feet Ryder truck(1600 Cu. Ft mentioned on Ryder website) and filled little more than 50% of the truck and they left home(origin) without any notice stating that they reached 1339 Cu. Ft. , left more than half of the stuff that is mentioned to be packed and delivered to the destination.
Now they are asking for additional fee to pack the remaining stuff listed on the quote in the last minute and they completely ignoring the fact that the total capacity of truck is 1600 Cu. Ft and we were charged for 1339 Cu. Ft is 83% of total space of the truck and they left home filling only little more than 50% of the truck which is not fare at all 🤮

I spoke with Dave and he said he’d be there 10am Wednesday morning, and there he was right on time. Along with him were Arnold and Mike, 2 of the strongest work horse I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. They all dived in, moving from a 3 story apt to a 2 story apt. They never slacked and had incredible energy and enthusiasm for hard, heavy labor. For being flesh and blood guys, they worked liked machines and still I can hear Arnold ‘Gimme some more!’. And that was getting ready to unload up to the second floor. They were DAM good, DAM as in Dave, Arnold, and Mike. The way they wrap, handle, and care for your belongings and home is unlike any other company I’ve ever worked with. For perspective this is my 8th move in 7 years…. our team consisted of Larry, Joseph, and Dave. Daniel the other foreman even came after wrapping up another move just to help out! They wrapped every piece of furniture, put a protective mat on the main walk ways through the home, wrapped door frames, bannisters, etc. to prevent any damage (to be honest they never even got close to a wall/door). I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! These guys WORK and they work FAST! There is no down time for them. I’m probably forgetting half of the amazing things they did but could not be happier! They truly went above and beyond in every aspect!!!

They met me at my storage facility on time, had the storage emptied in 30 minutes, emptied my old apartment unit and had me set and ready to go in 4 and a half hours. They wrapped my furniture, boxed and tagged everything, so this saved time. The three man moving crew, Arnold, Ray and Matthew were mindful of carefully moving items so there would be no breakage or damage. I’m fairly picky so this was a big relief. They also did a masterful job maneuvering a large couch through a door that had little room for mistake – not a dent was left. They even rolled out a floor runner to minimize dirt on the floor. Frank and Chriss and Alex showed up on time and were cheerful. They kept calling me “boss” even though I insisted they call me by my first name. It actually became funny after a while, so we just went with it despite how hot the weather got and how heavy the boxes got. I kept offering water and bananas to the guys but they politely declined and just kept muscling through the move. I’ve had other movers take advantage of my talkative-ness by chatting up a storm while taking lots of breaks. They are paid by the hour, so it’s just what happens. Not with Frank and his crew. They just kept going like Energizer bunnies. Frank and I talked about Crossfit and exchanged great tips on lifting and nutrition. These guys could not have been more professional or friendly. The company that I work for lives and dies on client reviews, so when I get good customer service I am super impressed. Not only did Frank and his crew get through the big moving job efficiently and carefully, they gave me the peace of mind that I had made the right choice in movers.
