Wow!!! Trey and his team really did and amazing job getting me and my son moved into our new home. Not only did he move my things from our huge 10x15x30 storage unit, but he had the tough job of sifting through the terrible job that the previous moving company I used when putting my things in storage. I sent a message to Trey on Yelp about a week prior to the move to discuss details and pricing. I explained the mess the storage unit was in and he put me at ease saying it was not a problem and they could handle it. Boooooy did they ever!!! Although my move took quite a bit of time, it was completed with their " Spirit of Excellence." I didn't feel rushed and they were always professional. My moving experience did not start off on a good note. The new property I was relocating to had given me a date and time to arrive. I contacted Trey to schedule my move at least a month prior. My move was pushed back due to hurricane Irma, and needless to say on my scheduled day to move, the Team arrived and loaded up my belongings. Unfortunately, the property was still not available for my scheduled move in time, once we arrived to unpack my belongings. I called Trey and he immediately went into a plan of action to assist me in my dilemma. Thank God he was able to provide storage for my belongings. I was exhausted and feeling very stressed, but he assured me they could finish my move in a couple of days, as their schedule was full. The service I received was very expedient, and satisfactorily. Hello, let me first say that I have just as many great things to say about the company as I have some major concerns with them. As many other reviews have stated, they were prompt, professional and kept in contact leading up to move day. When they arrived, the guys got right to work. I was moving out of a 2 room condo into a 3 bdrm single family home. I had 2 bdrm sets (1 mattress because the other was disposed of), a sectional, dining table +chairs, and miscellaneous boxes. My master bdrm furniture has a canopy that appeared to give the guys a bit of a challenge to disassemble causing the process to go much longer than expected. After a while, I started to become concerned about the price increasing as a result and began to contemplate whether or not I could still stop by the storage unit to pick up the items from there. We ended up taking so much longer to complete the pack up at the condo that I canceled the intermediate trip and decided to head straight over to the house. I believe that it was much easier to unload into the house over the condo (no stairs, etc). However, for some reason, I guess the set up of the beds again seem to stall out again. My miscellaneous boxes were brought in and placed where instructed as well. After the move was done, I was flabbergasted at the price. I have moved a few times over my life, using movers and I have NEVER spent $1000 to do so!!! I have moved far more for a whole lot less. With virtually the same level of performance. They did good work and were very friendly but I believe their youth and inexperience may have cost me a lot extra. If I had any idea the move would take me 5 hours (and that was without my intermediate stop and the items I moved on my own) I would have chosen other methods to get the move done. I still to this day cannot find my red Bluetooth portable speaker that I spent $150 on. Not to mention that there were so many other items that I chose to transport on my own that I wished for that price I would have MADE SURE that they took EVERYTHING on that truck!!! I attempted to reach out to Trey by phone and left him a voicemail, but unfortunately I did not receive a call back. Perhaps because the move was completed, they were a little less interested? Customer service is not so much the PRIORITY after the money is in the bank.....Idk. Excellence??? I'm not sure that's the word I can use. The entire experience left me a bit perplexed, but still glad to have the move done. Like I said 50/50.”

Moving two apartments from East Orlando and Downtown to 1 apartment in Baldwin Park. 2. Move in a month 3. Price - Under what the others guys provided. Trey gave me a quote, that was below or just around the others. I decided to give OMC a try due to their reviews, and BOY AM I GLAD I DID!! From the day before our move, I could not have been more pleased. From emails and voice mails, to text messages, I was updated on everything. When they will arrive, how many people will be there, answered questions I had, and they came prepared. The guys did an awesome job. They came in to both apartments, wrapped everything securely, were very friendly and personable, fast (damn fast!!!), careful (very careful), and unloaded everything in record time. When the guys left, they called the office for a revision to the bill because they were done early, and I received over 300$ off of the quote. I guess my move was less intensive than expected. For that, I will not complain. Overall, I can't say how great the guys were. Actually, yes I can. I asked the guys if they wouldn't mind moving a couch from the 19th floor to the 12th floor to a friends unit. They did not hesitate and said sure. They brought it down, and spent time trying to get it into the apartment and put effort into doing something outside of the scope of their arrangement. To me this meant so much, because they were going above and beyond what others would do!! THANK YOU!!! I highly recommend OMC and will for sure be using them when I move out of my current apartment.”

They arrived on time and were friendly, personable and professional. They brought everything that they needed for my move, including protective gear for my furniture. I had a lot of items with both monetary and sentimental value that I needed transferred to a new home.
