“ I was given a quote of $2890.00 back on 04/22/2021 based on the items that I provided  them on the list that they require. Then on the date of the moving which was on 06/12/2021 a different moving company with two people showed up called Falcon Movers and once  the driver  saw  my paperwork he said "That's too little money you paying" and then he proceeded making a new estimate. He said "In order for me to move your items I will need to call 2 more people and its gone take us 24-36 hours to do the whole work, so your new estimate is $16,000 or $25,000." I immediately told him that I was unaware of such a great increase in pricing given the fact that the place I was moving into is only  four  miles away. So then I called Authority Moving Group, I explained to them what happened and I asked them to refund my deposit. Their response was that they would not be able to give me my money back because I refused the movers service. Since then I been trying to reach one of their supervisors in order to get my deposit  but they make sure to avoid me. I don't know what needs to be done on a cases as such and what type of remedy exists on these type of cases but if nothing is done then those type of companies are getting more than enabled to operate in a complete immunity.”

“ SCAM third party company. I will file a lawsuit with them. Please be advised to anyone who sees this, they will lowball you acting like a moving company and once you pay a deposit, they will not refund, lie, hire random people, then they scam the moving company they hire and it all comes out of your own pocket. I ended up paying five times more what they quoted at the end and they only moved a quarter of the items (with all the exact measurements I gave them promising me to move everything on my list with the lowball quote I believed) they will be friendly at first and will trick you. Contract disappears in your email later on once you pay the deposit so make sure to save it before. Glad I did so I can file my lawsuit. They also pretend to give you a discount at first to lure you in. Had no idea this was a broker company then they scam you and the moving company they hire. The current moving company cannot get a hold of them at all regarding the deposit money so it’s coming out of my pocket. Amaya is the customer service rep, Steven is the first who lured me in with the low ball deposit, and “customer service manager” there who lies about when movers are going to show up. I’m so glad I saved voice records with all of their voices and promises. BEWARE of this scam company.”

“ BEWARE- DO NOT USE! This company is a scam, they are not a moving company but a broker. They third party out your move to unlicensed criminal movers that you have no part in choosing or are aware of as they mislead you to believe they are a moving company. Beware of their sales reps, they are misleading and purposely quote you low to pay a deposit. Their reviews on on there sites are filled with fake reviews! They tell you you have all your things covered by their insurance and make you sign which in turn is refusing insurance coverage before they tell you you could of had better insurance! Complete scam, extortion, misleading practices! The movers they chose for me VSNY made sure I was alone on the side of the road before telling me I had to pay more then quoted and then cornered me in a garage for tips! As a single young women I overpaid because they had my things and I felt threatened. My things arrived 2 weeks later with a whole new crew. Come to find VSNY also third party contracted my move to two men willing to deliver my things for them! Not even a licensed mover and without my knowledge. They damaged all my things from mattress, couch,clothes,dishes,cups... all my things were soaking wet and squished. On top of it all the mover sexually harassed me the entire time he was in my home even with my kid next to me. I felt threaded embarrassed and disgusted. I didn’t even realize how damaged my things were or the damage they did to my home because I just wanted this disgusting man out of my home. I have been calling heather, Jessica, Michael, Sam VSNY for 2 months to file an insurance claim and they refuse to allow me! I was even lied to on the phone by VSNY that All the documents needed to be mailed physically to me according to the laws!!! I have upwards of $10k in damages and requesting the movers employee name to file a police report and they said well we can offer you $500 to stay quite! This is disgusting! A horrible company with no morals or care for their customers!! I am reporting this company to every outlet possible and filing legally against them! STAY AWAY PLEASE!!! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME!!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!!”

“ I have to say that Authority movers were excellent, fast, capable and with a big smile on their face all the time! Everything went great, and I would definitely recommend them. Great Services at FIRST.... I used Authority Moving Group to move from FL to PA, there were responsible for moving cars and my home with a full pack service. The day before my move they called and asked to move the pick up day from monday until tuesday in which I told them that would not work based on the sale of my home. Received a call the day of the move from Radius Moving foreman who said they are on their way. Several hours later (Approx 2pm) they arrived with a crew, before packing an item the told me it was going to me over the cuft I reserved for my move (it should be noted that I did a phone estimate and then Authority Moving sent a independent person to my home to do an estimate who estimated a little over 2800 cu ft. which to be safe I purchased 2 full trucks 3400 cuft. Being stuck the foreman called the owner Michelle who said at worst it would be an additional $1500 to move everything with a guaranteed delivery date. My community was a restricted community so work had to end at 830 and they said they will be back by 10am. At 930 that morning I seen the moving truck outside my community I assumed he was waiting for the rest of the crew... Around noon I received a call from the foreman who asked me to bring him dollies so they could unload the truck at the first storage facility. So I load my car and took the dollies to them for them to arrive at my house around 3pm. They finally got the home packed around 9pm. This was after a call from Authority Moving about paying them cash so they can pay the crew and a argument between the foreman and crew in my drive way. When I received my items several items were broken even worse my kids play station was stolen. I attempted to settle this but they refused to do the right thing and fix all the things that were broken and/or stolen. IN ADDITION during my car transport I agreed to pay additional money to get the vehicles transported and when the transporter arrived with my vehicles he would not let them off the truck without paying $1800 when $1500 was what we agreed to. I spoke with Authority Moving several times while the transporter was there and they told me I should only be paying $1500. Authority Moving agreed to reimburse me the extra $300 I had to pay to have my cars freed and 2 month later they have refused to pay me. The last message from the owner said read the contract which said $1500.00 was to be paid upon delivery. I even have text message from the manager that they were to send me the $300.00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS I HAVE TO GET MY LEGAL COUNSEL INVOLVED. I WILL BE POSTING THIS MESSAGE EVERYWHERE I CAN TO PROTECT OTHERS.”
