Louis and his crew did an incredible packing job which successfully started us off on this journey to Virginia. And we were truly touched By Louis’ care packing all of the figures of our Nativity and the manger itself. They are so special to us as they were created by my Mom piece by piece over several years. Woodland Moving saved the day and made our first big move an honestly enjoyable experience. Our movers, Miguel and Robbie arrived right on time and got right to work. All of our furniture was padded and wrapped like it was the most expensive of furniture. They were personable, engaging and most importantly hard-working. They worked swiftly and moved our furniture out of our third floor apartment quickly and efficiently but also with great care. When we arrived at our new home it was drizzling a bit. Miguel and Robbie quickly rolled out some runners so our new floors would not get wet. They unwrapped each piece and put it in the exact position we requested. With my indecisiveness we had to move a few pieces more than once, but they did so without hesitation. I would strongly recommend Woodland Moving and would request Miguel and Robbie. My furniture returned to me with ding, broken corners and broken marble. I am missing a lamp and two Talavera snail pottery. I called twice and was given an email to make a claim. What I really want is my lamp and two Talavera snail pottery. I understand that things break, but they are not broken, they are missing and stolen. I have yet to hear from the warranty company. Not happy and will never use them again. Although, I have to say the men worked very hard and respectfully. They were courteous moving from one house to the next. I’m very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and response to my items.”

Absolutely pathetic company! DO NOT USE! The assessor was so professional but the movers were untrained. We lost a lot. They showed up for the wrong size truck and tried to shove everything in and broke tons of our possessions or scratched them. He urged us to buy the insurance based on weight and they broke some of our most expensive items so we lost a ton of money! We are still finding things that are broken. We lost at least $5,000 worth of stuff including TVs, beds, antiques and fish tanks. We were reimbursed less than $500. These people are not professional movers! Do not use this company! They deserve to go out of business! My sister used two guys and a Truck 3 times now and she has never had an issue.”
