The guys that moved our stuff were great. FIVE STAR! They went the extra mile to make sure that we were well taken care of. Tyler and Harrison did our unload in 107 degree heat on black asphalt. It was a tough day and they didn't waste any time, or take many breaks. On the other hand the estimators, supervisors, managers and owner could use a major re-training on customer service. and problem solving, and this time pay attention and take notes. If everyone in the company were as concern with the customer as the movers, it would be a great company to do business with. Unfortunately that is just not the case.”

quite disappointing experience. Movers were nice to talk to but they intentionally wasted time, took long break talking gossip, charged for hours more than they actually worked. We scheduled a move at 12.00 pm and they showed up around 12.55. They finished job at4pm and charged 4 hrs which was insane......I will never waste anymore time on your company. London’s crew was respectful and did what I asked them to do. But that is where my good review stops. I would never hire Wasatch moving company again, and here are a few reasons: 1) even though they sent someone to take pictures of all my belongings, they grossly underestimated the amount of truck space needed to complete the job. It wasn’t even close. As a result, they left many things at my old residence (obvious things like boxes in the kitchen) and did not even let me know that the items were there. I was shocked that they would call me to say “we are all done and on our way” but not tell me that many items were going to be left behind. Look, my move was organized. I have moved many times and know how to do it efficiently. But I cannot estimate the space needed without even knowing how large their trucks are. This is information I was dependent on them for. 2) They were quite slow. Two medium trucks took them over 8 hours. 3) They kept trying to tell me that items (like a treadmill which is made to fit through doors) cannot fit through doors and so they will have to spend hours taking them apart and reassembling them. Fortunately I stopped them from doing so and the workers saw that my items did actually fit where we needed to go. But I felt like I needed to babysit them to make sure they weren’t upcharging me. 4) The price: they were not the cheapest. I hoped to pay for quality and experience but I was deeply disappointed with the overall experience. If they had done an above-average job, I would have happily paid the 2200 dollars it cost (each guy asks for a tip as well). But they did a terrible job. I felt taken advantage of.”

We had never used a moving company so I didn’t know what to expect. They asked for an “estimate” of things in the house and and “estimate” of how many boxes we thought we had. I was as accurate as I could be. They only sent 3 guys two of which the head mover said were “new so they aren’t as fast”. (They charge by the hour) They didn’t have a big enough truck for even half my house and we ended up renting a u-haul and moving the rest of the home ourselves. The one positive I can give them is they did move the big heavy things for us. I later learned that whoever took the dryer apart to move took out a key component to my dryer and without it my dryer wouldn’t have worked. Luckily I keep in touch with my neighbor and she said the new owners brought it to her knowing I would need it. I tried to resolve my issues with the manager and he just kept making it my fault as “I didn’t properly estimate the things in my home!” Once all was said and done they then asked for a tip!!! A TIP! So my advice is ask for an in home estimate so they can properly send the correct truck and people to get the job done!”

We used this company twice!! The first time the crew was AMAZING!! The second time was HORRIBLE!! They took out the tree in the front yard and the managers response was "its not our problem"! The first time we moved we had 3 guys and 2 hours of work and the second time we had 2 guys for 2 hours of work yet they charged us twice as much!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! RUDE MANAGER!!! Absolutely horrible. 3 of the guys did a good job but the one that was in charge was horrible. Thousands in damage. I hired them to pack and load a trailer I owned that was going to Texas. Guess they figured they didn’t have to do a good job because of that. When I tried to file a claim it wanted info that I didn’t have. I left a message but didn’t get a call back. My new AirPods also disappeared when they were packing.”
