I would highly recommend iHelp Moving to all my friends! We were very happy and satisfied with the move. The estimate they provided was very reasonable. Freda was always very responsive and even sent us the colorful labels for separating our boxes weeks before our move. The movers were very efficient and and were super careful with our furniture and boxes. They even provided us some free wrapping materials and boxes and helped us pack at the last minute. Ihelp moving is a life saver! I had originally hired another moving company closer to where I live (Walnut Creek) but last minute that moving company flaked on us putting us in tough situation. I contacted ihelp moving hoping they had any availability for same day moving from Walnut Creek to fremont and Freda was very pleasant to speak with and reassuring during a stressful time she managed to find me movers last minute I was so relieved, the movers arrived in about 1 hr in 10 mins understandably due to finishing a prior move in San Jose. the whole time ihelp moving was communicating on ETA. The movers arrived and started at 5 pm got out at and finished by 7:20 pm which was very quick and efficient for the amount of furniture we had and 4 flights of stairs and heavy items! Seriously they deserve 10 stars!! They were super friendly and careful with our furniture. Very pleased with ihelp moving definitely would hire them again for future moves!

Ok, I've moved collectively over the years, probably in w chess of 20 times. BY FAR, this company stands out heads above from the moment I first contacted them. Came out the next day, gave an estimate and followed up by email with the details. Worked us in to their schedule on what was a complicated move going to several places .... then Bobby, Victor and Jesus show up and man, they wrapped each piece with care and even put down a red carpet on our stairs! This is for our pickup service, with drop off TBD, but so far, I am loving Upline! We had 5 movers arrive, on time, as scheduled on moving day. Eithan was my first point of contact, coming out to my place for an in-home estimate. He was punctual, professional, and friendly. Then I was in touch with him and John via email and phone to set up the appt. On moving day, I received a call in the morning from my moving team with an ETA of arrival, exactly on time with what I was told to expect when the appt was set. I had 5 movers: Carlos, Juanito, Marcelo, Angel, and Alejandro. They were SO professional, friendly, and respectful. I had left an expired passport out to be packed, but not realizing it was expired, they took the effort to put it aside to save for me, knowing it might be important. They asked if I had anything valuable that should be packed with extra care, they were in good moods, they were incredibly hard working. I saw our things wrapped up and brought down our stairs with care and they seemed to treat everything like their own. I am so impressed so far. I did a LOT of research on moving companies before going with Upline, maybe 15 to 20 companies, which took ages to do. But I went with Upline due to reviews, and when it finally came down to them and 1 other company with great reviews, Upline had the best rate. I'll post again once our move is complete with delivery! I used Upline Moving a few weeks ago for my company move. I needed a company in this dishonest industry to get me moved in my time frame. Upline offered me everything I was looking for and were really nice on the phone. The guy I talked to seemed to take care of me. However, the movers arrived a little late on pick up. I was given the time between ten and twelve in the morning, they did not get there until 4. I do not like having my time wasted, but everything else went well. The move was scheduled for a very convenient date and I didn’t have to wait for too long. The only thing I can complain about is that they didn’t pay much attention to the boxes that were marked as fragile. Some of the items were damaged, but luckily they weren’t expensive. After my initial review, I was contacted & a delivery date was set. Driver left the Bay Area, but wasn't able to make it to Sparks in time to delivery to a storage unit by 9pm. We agreed to meet at 6am the next day. Driver was there early & all of my items (with exception of an old Workmate workbench) were delivered. Driver didn't remember loading it, so I will have Upline keeping looking. The 2nd delivery was to a house. All items accounted & were in good shape. I was happy with the service & would recommend them.

I initially called a different moving company, but they were booked for the day that I wanted to move. Upline Moving came to my rescue! Not only did they book me 2 weeks before my actual move, they also helped me pack last minute items that I couldn't get to when they arrived at my house! It was an emotional move for me as I moved out of a house that I had called home for 8 years. The three guys who helped me were champs. Not only were they able to navigate 2 steep hills (one of them a one-way street) and a staircase, they did it all within the span of 2 hours. I had joked around with a friend that they packed up my life in an hour. I'm bummed that I couldn't remember the names of the guys who helped me so I can give them a shout out, but one of them had an Irish accent. I gave each of them additional tip because moving boxes on steep hills and staircases is not easy work and I believe in compensating people for their service. Thanks, guys!

I used Upline for a move from Mountain View California to Sun City West Arizona. I had no destination address for a few months so I needed local storage. This went ok; the storage rate in the bay area was fair. The estimators, packers, and drivers were friendly, thorough and professional. I was going to remove a star for the 14 business day delivery window, but when I unpacked I was so impressed by the care taken even with my junk that they deserve extra credit. At delivery I was only given 4 hours notice for an 8:00pm arrival; that was day 11 of the window. It worked for me but other people might have a problem with it.

We were assured we would be moved in well before Thanksgiving, but after picking up our stuff, Upline had our stuff sit in a warehouse for over a week. They missed moving our load out on the last day before closing for the weekend and ended up delivering our stuff the night our families arrived for Thanksgiving the following week. Our families flew in from multiple states to sleep on blow-up mattresses and eat Thanksgiving dinner at restaurant that wasn't even serving Thanksgiving food. Apart from all that, they broke a box of kitchen stuff, gouged a painting (first big gift I ever bought my wife when we were in college 15 years ago), damaged 3 different walls while moving our furniture in, and left a gigantic pile of trash/boxes in front of our house afterwards. My advice: just move yourselves if you don't have a massive amount of stuff, because this was not even close to worth the money.

Right before Covid 19 we had scheduled a move from California to New York with Upline. Their customer service and attention during this move were amazing and so appreciated.
