Taking Irving to court. Worst movers I have ever used. They ruined my custom couch and failed to move my bedframe and Headboard bc he didn't properly equip the kid he hired to move my apartment. He has no insurance and that's against the law. He refuses to respond to my inquires and I lost my bedroom furniture bc I could not find a truck in time to move the rest of my furniture. Company is a joke, most unprofessional service I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with.”

Twenty minutes after my appointment time I received a call that the crew was in an accident, and I would be updated in half an hour of what time a new crew would be there. Two and a half hours later, the owner FINALLY answered my incessant calls, and stated he "had bad cell service" and hadn't been able to try to find a new crew. In my rightful fit of emotions, he hung up on me! Another hour goes by before I was told a crew was assigned, but it would still be hours before they arrived. At this point I had secured my own truck, and made my move on my own. I cancelled the services and was told I would be fully refunded. Nearly three days later, there is still no refund on my credit bill. A fraud claim is being placed, as this absolutely cannot be a legitimate company. STAY AWAY!”
