This pro was scheduled to do a simple Boston to Boston move. However when my husband and I tried to confirm the job in the days (from Thursday afternoon to Saturday afternoon for a Sunday job) leading up to the move - Michael ignored us. We have about 7 phone calls, 3 voice messages, an email and multiple Thumbtack messages logged. Yet despite all of this - could not reach Michael. Finally at 11pm (yes 11pm) Saturday night Michael texts me to say that the job is confirmed for tomorrow and then proceeds to harass us when we inform him that we had to find someone else - as the timing had narrowed to less than 30 hours before the move and we had no idea whether or not he planned to show up. One of the most unprofessional moving companies I have ever come across - if this is how they handle scheduling - I shudder to think of their lack of organization for the move itself or the follow up if a damage claim is needed after the fact.”
