What I originally booked this company I was told that if I paid an extra thousand dollars my items would be delivered the next day. That was a lie. I was told that they would arrive at 8:00 AM on Monday. That was a lie. The men who came to pack my apartment were very disrespectful of my things, broke my printer and caused a flood in my bathroom while disconnecting the water line from my refrigerator. That was a fiasco. The manager of the three men kept asking for a tip. At one point he asked me to move the chair I was sitting on and I said anything you need . Under his breath he said you could go to the bank. We did not leave my house until 5:30 PM to make a 12 Hour Dr. to the Charleston South Carolina area. When I got to Charleston we expected the truck to arrive on Tuesday. Today is Thursday and they just got done unloading the truck. The condition of some of the boxes is unbelievable. I would never recommend this company. Everything they told me seemed to be a lie. I just called to ask about my thousand dollars and was put on hold by a manager who never got back on the line. Unethical and unprofessional. If I could've given them zero stars I would have.”

I don’t think there is a more deceitful company on the face of this planet. This “company” doubled my quote and then, after cancelling, WITHDREW ANOTHER $1,000 FROM MY ACCOUT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION! I have been trying to get in contact with them for over 2 months and I just talk to a different idiotic employee every time saying they will call back. Well that never happens. I’ve been insulted and told that signing the first contract allowed them to take more money. Not a lawyer but I don’t think they can just take more money without a signature. NEVER EVER use these scammers, you will regret it. At this point legal actions are the next step because no one seems to be able to give me an answer. I hope they get everything coming to them”

I do not recommend this company! Booking the move and paying my deposit was fairly easy, the problem was repeated lack of communication. My move was delayed for two days the morning I was expecting pick up (that was upsetting of course, but not the issue). Six times in 3 days (from different employees and 2 supervisors) I was told I’d receive a phone call at a certain time to update me on my move so I set aside time to take those calls and no one called. All six times. I explained each time I set up a new call time that I hadn’t been contacted at the last arranged time and they say they understand and apologize and then continue to not call. Their customer service was a joke. After I’d paid a $1200 deposit I can’t get a call returned when they say they’ll call, 6 times. Why would I trust them to complete my move and pay them more money when they’ve demonstrated they can’t keep their word. I cancelled my move and emailed the address they provided asking for a portion of my deposit back and again I got no response from that email. I called 2 weeks later to follow up and they say they won’t refund me any amount but will credit my deposit, good for 3 years. I asked for a receipt or some proof of this credit and was told “it’ll be in our system, just call us” I continued to ask for some proof this credit exists today or in 3 years and was told they’d have to talk to management to get back to me. No surprise, I haven’t heard back yet. I do not recommend this company.”

This company is the biggest SCAM I have ever seen! Took my original inventory and low balled it offering us the best discounts “Mangers discounts they can only offer 5x a month” “student discounts” and quoted us as low as they could get it. Marcel Thomas stated he was there for us whenever we needed it but every time we called he never answered. The week before the move they called to go over my inventory list and come to find out Marcel left out half the items we gave him (when we said queen bed sets all he included was the mattress) and they more than DOUBLED our quote. After cancelling the reservation, we had three companies contact us with pick up times. After telling all 3 we cancelled we made sure to tell them how horrible Tierney is and to never contract through them again. We were led to believe they had their own trucks and movers and were deceived about every aspect of the move. To top it all off, after my move date they took an additional $1,000 out of my account for the updated inventory list and contract that we NEVER signed. They never received an updated signed contract and still took the money. They are refusing to address the new $1,000 deducted stating it’s our fault we cancelled and saying they will call us back, which never happens. We have contacted BBB and are filing all complaints possible. NEVER use this company. They take your money and provided NO services.”

Scum sucking A-holes 1st. Know that the rest of these reviews are lies, and that this will only be up for a couple of days till I write it again. The ones written are likely by the people working for them. This is a tactic scum sucking criminals use. I know because I was screwed out of 1300.00, but only because I told them to pound sand when the driver (2 illegals, one russian, one unknown), showed up and said it would be triple the amount they had estimated on the contract. Normally they do this after they have loaded it but I refused to sign anything and was bigger than both of them. Oh, and I think the fact that I called the police to take a report so I would have something for the feds on the following day. Of course the driver and his co-driver took off before the cops came. So for what it's worth, and forever how long this stays on this bullshit review place they send you to, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THESE PIECES OF HUMAN WASTE. With any luck, all the people working for this felonious outfit will soon enjoy the comforts of the state of florida prison system. There is a reason they are not on BBB.
