Dungee Taylor was highly recommended by our salesperson and she was right! They were ontime, polite, and hardworking. I was amazed how quickly everything was wrapped and moved to the truck. They even packed a bathroom and the garage which I had not had an opportunity to pack. I left the house to pick up my kids and they found and packed items in a storage space I had forgot to tell them about! Dungee did not pack our beds, refridgerator, or our TV until the next morning so we would have a place to sleep and the kids would be entertained and fed.

I had the worst experience with this company( particularly the owner’s son). I’ve made several attempts to reach out to Mr. Taylor, in an effort to avoid writing this review, with no attempts to return my calls. I hired Taylor’s moving company to move several items to storage for me. A dear friend of mine moved everything I needed them to move in my downstairs living room in an effort to make the job easier, since I’d hired them the exact same day I needed the items moved. I was charged an additional fee for such a short notice, however that was not an issue. Here’s my issue. The owner’s son, who wasn’t moving anything and was more of just a delegator, constantly complained about items I had paid him to move. I left out of my home, and walked back in to him raising his voice at my mother, who by the way had a stroke in December and struggles with speaking. He then began raising his voice at me and walked towards me in an effort to intimidate me, stating “why are you adding more items, I’m not moving all of this sh%t” I was in complete shock, and still am. Ultimately they did not move all of the items I paid them to move (their truck was not full). Mr. Taylor’s son was extremely unprofessional. I had my items moved to a storage unit. In which they stacked heavy items on boxes I had labeled as fragile. Several items moved are now broken, some of which were antiques and irreplaceable. I have pictures of how horribly they stacked my items. Please avoid this company at all costs, I paid them over $600 dollars to break my belongings. I ended up having to hire ANOTHER moving company to have the rest of the things I paid them to move, moved. The storage unit company I used also has footage of them throwing items in the storage unit with no care.”

I am posting this for my daughter. We used Taylor Moving yesterday to move her 4 bedroom house. It was a stressful time as her closing was postponed due to the Durham County breach. Dwayne was extremely accommodating to our changes in day/time as we weren’t sure when we could move in. Once we got the green light, Dwayne’s team of 6 came in and took over. They carefully wrapped and shrink wrapped all furniture. They handled all boxes carefully. They literally handled our possessions like they were their own. All team members came in uniform shirts, and were extremely kind and wouldn’t let us lift a finger! And Customer Service was 5 star all the way!!! Thank you Taylor Moving!”
