I called Superior for moving many large pieces of furniture to my daughter's new house, expecting that it would be several days before they could get to me. To my surprise they were available to do the job the next day! Four men came out, wrapped, and moved all the furniture quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, polite, professional, and cleaned up after they were done. The move involved several stops between Wayne, Pa and Front Royal Va. They accomplished everything in one day, and in Front Royal they placed the furniture exactly where my daughter wanted it. The price was also quite reasonable.”

Moving a full house can be incredibly stressful. Anthony M, Curtis S, Zane J and Albert B. along with Howard made the whole experience smooth and easy. We had a multi part move and used Superior for both the packing and moving with a drop off at a local storage plus we are using their long term storage. We loved that crews were the same for both days. They were professional and had a personal touch. They organized boxes by what was going to long term storage, local storage and what was staying with us to ensure all items ended up where they belong. They were good sports with our curious 4 YO too which helped with the transition from his birth home to our new home. We truly hope we get to work with the same gentleman when we move into our new home later this year. We fully recommend Superior and can't say enough positive things about the crews we had.”

This place has just been an awful experience. We initially thought they were great. They moved our apartment into storage for a couple of months and then moved our stuff to our new place. All of our furniture was scratched an it seemed like someone tried to buff or sand the scratches. Some things were rusted. There are Huge tears in our mattress and they installed our bed completely wrong. They also lost our giant mirror that went with our dresser. We’ve been calling non stop and keep getting the runaround. I’m going to file formal complaints with business regulatory agencies because it’s insane. It’s been weeks and we have not been able to get anybody to help us.”

We used them twice for local moves and they were great. Recently we moved out of state and called Superior. No problem at all so we booked them about 5 weeks before move. A week before called to tell them our settlement time was 2pm and they asked if we could get it earlier. We had it changed to 11. That still wasn't good enough. We were asked to leave a window open so they could get in which we replied it wasn't our house yet. We were told they couldn't do the move because their drivers needed to get rest and return to work the next day. We explained that we told them in the beginning we were moving out of state but it made no difference. So 4 days before we had to find a truck and move. Our son came up from Virginia, picked up a truck in Maryland then our family helped us pack and drive back to Virginia Beach. A very big disappointment and they won't refund my $50 deposit. Not very professional at all.”
