Poor service, understaffed, HORRIBLE management. The lead mover on the crew complained the entire time about everything and was argumentative - VERY unprofessional. They failed to crate large, important items, such as a marble table (which broke), king mattress (which they folded over and tied like a sandwich), family heirlooms (which were damaged) and so forth. The manager, Joel Gillespie, never bothered to personally respond to any of our complaints - a complete lack of leadership and epitome of unprofessional behavior. I DO NOT recommend this company!”

I hired and Atlas dealer to move me from Tampa to North Carolina. Atlas uses subcontractors, the crew they hired pushed a heavy dresser across the hardwood floor with no protection. Despite a professional estimate of $2000, and extensive dealings with Atlas corporate, they refuse to pay for repairs because they subcontracted the job. The subcontractor is unresponsive. Use another carrier, you have no recourse if something goes wrong, Atlas will not take responsibility.”
