Excellent experience. The crew were all hardworking, professional, and friendly. They called to let me know when they would arrive, and came when they said they would. They partly disassembled a couple of recliners to fit the truck better, and reassembled them at the delivery. They wrapped and padded the items that needed protection. They were efficient and well organized. No wasted time or effort. Great experience!! I owe them an apology: at the new apartment, when they needed to use the bathroom, I kept directing them to the closest one, but I forgot that I had not "stocked" the necessary items! No TP, no soap, no towels. But nobody complained! I didn't realize what I had done until they were gone, so I couldn't apologize personally. Sorry, guys! I hope I never have to relocate again, but if I do, I will definitely call these guys again.”

My budget was tight and I only had a 1600 square-foot house to move and not a lot of furnishings as I had downsized a year before. I would hire these guys to do anything.
