These guys rock. I got several quotes, and the thing that made me use them is they were straight forward about their charges. Others, including one I had used previously, had all sorts of weird "possible" charges, like how many steps they must take on stairs which leaves opportunity for lots of unexpected fees. The owner, Alex, responded to my initial request for scheduling and actually allowed me to 'pencil in' my appointment until I had confirmed the time in which we could begin to move our stuff out of the home we were selling. The estimate ended up being more than the actual cost of the move, which was nice. We had used one other company prior to Rainier Delivery and would use these guys again. My only reservation was that the guys (three total) did not wear masks during the move, but we totally understand that under the circumstances, it may be hard for them since they are physically active and trying to breathe lol we left the windows and doors open in the home to allow air flow to avoid any possible issues with COVID. All things considered, they moved the heaviest of the heavy of our belongings with care and that's all we could ask for!”

I can't say enough about how good these guys are. My parents needed a mover and because of their age (both are over 70) I needed to find someone who would get the work done with minimal fuss. A friend had used Rainier Delivery and recommended them. Their rates are definitely a bit higher than other places but, again, I wanted to make sure my parents' move would go smoothly. I wasn't there for the move but I spoke to my mother and she said the movers were prompt, courteous, and very professional. My mother is usually someone who is very hands on but she felt so at ease that she just stood aside and let the movers work (trust me, that's quite a feat). Don't go cheap with movers.”

These guys are incredibly fast and extremely careful. We hired two guys from Rainier Delivery to move our belongings from a rental truck to our third floor apartment in Federal Way. Our elevator has been out of service, so we knew we would need the help. After two or three exhausting trips on our own, we decided to hunker down and wait for the movers to arrive. They were scheduled to arrive between 12p and 3p, but they arrived at 11:45am and started immediately. I could not believe how fast they worked, and they did not take a break until the job was finished. We had several heavy pieces and boxes, but they moved them up all of the stairs with ease. Not a single piece was damaged or even scratched. Even our cheap IKEA furniture made it all the way up issue-free. They were done with our entire move in two and a half hours; it would have taken us days. I cannot speak highly enough of the work they did, and there is no question in my mind that I will hire them again when we move out of our current apartment. If you're on the fence about hiring these guys, you should absolutely do it. You will not be sorry.”

I decided to go with Rainier Delivery movers based on my boyfriend's high rating of them (he doesn't give our praise very easily). The yelp portal was a breeze to use, and I liked the fact that I didn't have to pick up the phone to get my move scheduled (I have a weird phobia of talking over the phone). My starting point was a storage unit, so everything was boxed up and stacked neatly already. It took them about 15 minutes to load up the truck. They truly proved their efficiency when they moved everything into my new apartment in ~45 minutes. For the amount of stuff in a studio apartment, that may seem like the norm, but all of this was done by 2 people AND they had to climb 3 flights of stairs (respect!!). They worked so quietly that you wouldn't know someone was moving in. The move was as pleasant as moves can get. I definitely recommend Rainier Delivery to anyone who is looking to make their move easier, more efficient, and painless.”

Upon further inspection of the 10x30 storage unit I had rented the items were placed carefully but I noticed that they were not packed very conscientiously that I would still have more items to place in it. I had to rent an additional unit to accommodate the final items. There was ADEQUATE SPACE in the unit for my whole house but not with the way they arranged it.”

Where do I begin? These are the BEST movers around. We moved from a 2br apartment with a completely full, one car garage storage unit 10x20) on site to a home a couple of miles away. From the first call to the communication in between to the day of the move was wonderful and honestly stress free. I booked the move with Alex for 9am on 6/4/2018. Not only were they on time, but they got right to work. I used another moving company previously and there were 3 men and a lot of lollygagging. There are 2 of them, but they are so fast and efficient. We were completely moved out of the apartment and garage unit and into the house in 4 hours. They were both so unbelievably kind and professional. With all of the stresses that moving entails- they made it so that this was not one of them. On a side note - if you use a mileage cc- this counts as travel and you get bonus points. The move literally paid for itself.”

Wow, these guys work so fast! If you want stress free moving, hire the Rainier Delivery movers. I called the company two weeks in advance and was able to get a spot on a Saturday at 2:30 pm. Majority of the communication was through text and they were very fast to respond. Their rates are super reasonable and they even have coupons sometimes through Yelp! On the day of the move, we decided to move some (like 6) boxes on our own, which took two hours. Our new place was on the third floor and we were dead tired after. The movers came at 2:10 instead of 2:30 and they got to work immediately! The sofa was shrink wrapped, and blankets were provided to wrap any fragile items. They even took apart our bed frame, brought their own power tools to do it, then loaded everything up. They noticed we still had some items out so they also gave us a box to put our miscellaneous things in and shrink wrapped it for safety. After driving to the new place, they reassembled the bed frame and got everything up and ready. The whole move took only two and a half hours. Basically, in the time we used to move our own 6 boxes, these guys were able to take apart and reassemble a bed frame, load a sofa and bed, move 3 desks, a tv stand, 3 check in sized luggages, and move over 10 boxes. And this two and a half hours also includes the driving time (25 minutes to the new location) so technically, they only took two hours to load then unload everything. They never took a break and worked so fast! I highly recommend hiring this company if you want fast efficient movers!”

We had some very specific needs for where things were to be placed in our house and fitted among several cars in our barn/garage.
