The guys were timely, hardworking, polit and professional. They worked nonstop with little to no breaks. The star I took off is because they weren't prepared properly. I have used movers before who hard more tools to cover entrance door fame to avoid damage, these guys didn't have that and they left some minor scratches. They also didn't have enough mats to cover the carpet throughout the place and I didn't ask them to take shoes off because it is very impractical as they walking in and out of the house every few minutes. Overall good experience and I might consider using them again.”

These guys are AWESOME! I did look up many local companies about a month ahead of our move. I did receive many pricey quotes from bigger companies and I didn't like the way they responded. When I got the quote from Rada movers, I was greeted properly and i was asked specific questions to give me an accurate quote. i did confirm with them 8 days before the move, they confirmed and did not request credit card information. on the day of the move they called me 15 minutes before the appointment and confirmed they will be there on time. when they arrived, they were 3 gentlemen, extremely polite, professional, and they were working fast! the truck they had is a 24 cubic feet truck that took all my furniture and boxes (a huge 2 bedroom apartment and stuff that has been hoarded for the past 3 years). they helped take apart a couple peaces of furniture, and they wrapped all TV's and delicate furniture before moving it an inch. they took supreme care of my things and I couldn't have done it better myself. the whole move from loading, and unloading and reinstalling the furniture they dis- assemble took 4 hours. the cost was very fair. they finished their job, handed me the receipt, I paid using a credit card. they thanked me and left. they did not linger waiting for a tip. I had to follow them and thank them. I strongly recommend these guys, give them a try.”

Wow, wow, and wow! We're doing a long distance move and we hired RADA to load our U-haul. Everyone, including myself, has nightmare stories about movers coming late, not showing at all, slacking off, dirtying the house, being rude, and the list goes on. Let me say that you will experience none of this with RADA. They sent two of the nicest people to our place, Ray and another fellow, who arrived on time, and only started the clock after all the paperwork was signed. They were incredibly diligent (didn't take one break), and made sure that we were OK with how they were loading the truck. They did a meticulous job loading, and only took two hours. I estimated the move for two hours, but buffered paying an extra hour or two given my horrible previous moves (Gulliver Travels, please take note). These guys worked so incredibly fast -- I could not believe the level of efficiency. They also made sure that all of our things were taken care of and did a thorough job packing. Before hiring RADA, I contacted my fellow Yelpers and this company received rave reviews. My husband had to finally give me some kudos bc he was very pleasantly surprised, and impressed with their work ethic and personality. Moving is stressful as-is so remove one of your most stressful factors, and hire the right moving company! I'll give an update on my review when we unload everything in the next few days but so far, five stars all the way. Btw, I spoke to Aya and booking was very easy! Update: So we had professional movers unpack our truck in Tampa, and they were not remotely as fantastic as these guys. In fact, they were in disbelief at how well RADA packed our UHaul, and could not believe it was done in two hours. My husband and I really wished that RADA couldve unloaded our truck, especially since the Tampa movers were not as efficient or friendly. We also saw how well the truck was packed during the unload phase, and were very impressed.”

The crew was professional, courteous and polite. The pricing was reasonable and the customer service team was quick to respond to my questions. Scheduling the move was quick and efficient. All of my bigger furniture pieces (dresser, beds, etc.) were carefully wrapped and reassembled at my new apartment without any problems. The team also laid down mats throughout my new apartment to save my new carpets from stains. I dropped one star because my bedroom lamps were not handled properly during the move and both were broken. I was told by the team lead that I should just glue them back together. Also, several of my plastic storage bins were returned to me with handles missing or broken. The movers arrived late causing me to miss my walk-thru appointment at my old apartment. The entire move for my two-bedroom apartment lasted 5 hours. Everything was packed and ready to go prior to their arrival. This was my third move in the last two years and also my longest. Overall, the service was acceptable and the team was pleasant and easy to work with. They were so kind to my parents who were visiting from out of town and they were extremely patient my two-year old son who kept getting in the way. I would use them again but I would book the first appointment of the day to avoid any delays.”

They wrapped all of the glass, wood, and metal furniture pieces to ensure they didn't break or get scratched. Once at the new house, they got right to work unloading and delivering boxes and furniture to the correct rooms based on the box labels. They laid down carpet coverings to ensure our carpets stayed clean. They asked questions and remained in contact throughout the move. The two guys were so professional, careful, thoughtful, efficient, and friendly.
