It was great to see from the quote that they take packing and wrapping seriously, which I was able to experience once they were in the apartment. Definitely pros! Could not have done this move without Pure movers, Sergio, and his crew! I am so beyond happy we had them to help us move over 400 miles. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Everyone got back to us right away, let us know what was going to happen and when, and every single time they were exactly right. Sergio and his crew were very friendly, efficient, and careful! Moving is stressful enough. I cannot tell you what a relief is was to have such professional movers. I've moved 18 times in the last two decades, and they were the best movers I have ever encountered. Everything was taken very good care of, careful wrapped and handled. They put the boxes in the rooms they were labeled with. I always label boxes, but I've never had the movers put them in the right rooms for me. They disassembled and reassembled all the furniture that needed it. Our fridge barely fit through the door. They had to take off not only the fridge doors, but our front doors as well, and down a narrow flight of stairs. They managed quite well given the circumstances, and I am so grateful. They handled every little detail so nothing was lost or damaged. Anything with loose parts got wrapped. They even took the light bulbs out of the lamps. They worked all day to load the truck, and then drove over 400 miles that night to get to our destination. Then they unloaded the truck the next morning. All with great energy. They quoted a flat rate based on a video consult, and they held to their rate, there were no surprise charges. We are so fortunate to have had their help. I chose them based on their glowing reviews, and from what I can tell they deserve every one. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Pure Movers!”

We were helped by Andrew and Zoro, who were both incredibly friendly and professional. They carefully wrapped all our furniture, were careful moving so nothing was damaged and unpacked everything when we got to our new place. Pricing was very fair ($109/hr if you pay in cash with a 3 hour minimum). Our move included a bed, a large L-shaped couch, large dresser, desk and coffee table for a 1-bedroom and a crosstown move. Despite this, they were super quick and efficient, completing just shy of three hours. Would definitely recommend and would use this company again if we had to move.”

If you are looking for movers, I HIGHLY recommend pure! I was planning on temporarily moving back to Sacramento during the pandemic, so I needed movers to move my things from my apartment to a storage unit. I was able to connect with pure through yelp and they were able to promptly answer questions and give me a straight up quote on their prices and all the information I needed for the move! They were literally on time...they were suppose to be there at 11:30am...and arrived exactly on the dot. I had a one bedroom apartment but we did downsize a lot of stuff (sold it) but it took them no longer than an hour to pack it on the truck. They also brought extra wrap and tape, which I thought was great! They effortlessly unloaded it into our storage unit and it took less than three hours! I do love how they have both cash and card options, just know there is a $10 difference in the options (obviously cash is the cheaper option). And the minimum hours you have to pay is 3. But I will for sure be calling them back up when we move back down from LA. Very professional, convenient, reliable and affordable!”

Two nice Russian gentlemen came when they said they would, wrapped and boxed up everything, and loaded it all on the van. The price was reasonable and he included all the things we were going to be charged for in the final quote. There were no surprises at the end. We moved a 2 bedroom apartment about 7 miles. They sent a crew of 4 guys, lead be Alex. He called me 15 minutes before getting to my location. The arrival window was from 8-9am and they arrived around 8:30. They got to work pretty much right away. Wrapped up our furniture securely and took great care packaging our lamps and one of our plants. They were pleasant and professional. The completed the job in 5 hours. We thought it might take 4 hours but after seeing the care they took in wrapping the furniture we get it.
