I called in Saturday afternoon and told them my need to move a piano from Parker to Downtown Denver ASAP. The next day I had an appointment. After viewing the piano in person that I planned to buy off Craigslist and haul away, I quickly decided on a different one and asked them to change up the plan and drive to Lakewood. This probably took an extra hour out of their day, but they were happy to do so and just wanted to make sure that I was happy with the piano I purchased. Tony ruined the baby grand he moved for me. He wanted $50 more dollars than he quoted when he showed up. He complained the whole time and said he didn't need the money or the job and said what a problem it was to move it. I paid him $246 cash when he quoted $200. There are literally HUNDREDS of scratches on 1/3 of the top of the piano now. I was extra nice because he was in such a bad.mood and I didn't want him to ruin the piano. Then he ruined it but was so intimidating I didn't want to confront him. He was so bad I wonder if the good reviews on here are real. I am in shock how badly he scratched it. The guy working for him was very nice and got stuck doing all of the hard work. The other bad reviews on Yelp weren't "recommended" so I missed them.”

Do not use these people. First, they came on the wrong date. Then, when the guy who moved the piano (the owner) came back on the right date, he was rude and surly to all of us. He also lied about the information I gave him on the phone and was not straightforward about whether he brought a helper with him. The guy got winded just walking up the stairs. Finally, he said he would increase his original estimate if my son did not help him move the piano down the stairs. I do not know how these people stay in business.”
