BEWARE!!! Fraudulent company!!! These scam artists never showed up. They stood us up, even after sending a "confirmation email" the night before they were supposed to come. Resulted in filling a u-haul truck alone. I've been calling all day to see if they were coming after they were an hour late. First person picks up the phone and claims "I just do scheduling. Call back and I'll let someone else answer the phone." And for the rest of the day, no one answers and now their phone number is "disconnected". I'm beyond frustrated and irate.”

As a result, my father with chronic back and neck problems and I unloaded the U-haul by ourselves in order to ensure we could return the U-haul to the dealer by it's due time.
