Do not use this company. The owner hires criminals. Two employees of this company were involved in the theft of thousands of dollars of jewelry from my recently widowed mother. They were helping her pack and during this process broke into her carry-on bag, which she had packed and ready to take to the airport for her interstate move. They took jewelry with sentimental value that was beyond words-pieces from my father, grandmother and great-grandmother. This is terrible in any case, but they did this knowing that she had just lost her husband. The owner of the company even claims that he knows who these individuals are and yet has failed to offer any kind of compensation for this tremendous loss. Be careful! Do not use them. They clearly have illegal practices and the owner does nothing to stop it!”

Had a delivery back in July 2019. They arrived and had a broken glass on an end table for my bedroom. They took the remaining balance at delivery. I have tried many times to negotiate and get a replacement glass. They did not like the quote I received and they stated they would replace the glass. To this day November and nothing. They are not a man of their word. *** Update. About two weeks ago I received a call about my replacement glass. The owner said the glass company made a mistake and the glass would be completed on Thursday and he would deliver the glass himself to me. Well folks that was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting”

I hired Perez moving last fall. Nilo Perez talked me out of going with another Co saying he could do it faster, better, and cheaper. I showed him what needed to be done. We agreed. His workers came and worked very hard. The son, who remained outside in his truck the entire day, came in, in the middle of the move and said it would be $600 more dollars to continue. I was so upset and bewildered by this, but had no choice. I packed the entire kitchen, buffet, and other valuables totally by myself. It took me over 6 hours. I was working with a swollen foot from fire ant bites on top of it all When we arrived at my destination, during unpacking, they broke my fathers antique desk in front of me, clothing was wadded up and stuffed in boxes with knick knacks, photos , linens. Etc. there was no order. Porcelain figurines were in drawers, unwrapped, broken from knocking around in a bare drawer, back were torn off art works and paintings. It was terrible. They tried to blame me. It was 95 degrees, I fed the crew and kept them up on drinks- hydrating them. They were hard working, and pretty upset themselves at how they were treated I have tried to contact them for 11months. He will not return my phone calls, emails, or text messages. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and I have moved many times!! I told them my only recourse is to go to court and still no response. Think twice before dealing with this unprofessional Co-don't trust what they tell u. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau.”

Started good, with Nilo coming to do an estimate late evening. It was for an out of state move. He was nice, have me verbal estinate, but was in a hurry to load up before any written estimates. Once loaded up, estimate was $1000 more than verbal estimates! I let it go because I was desperate to get my daughter's stuff moved. He promised they would let me know when they would be able to deliver. Never heard back. When I called, he said he'll call back. Didn't call back. When my daughter called them to check on the status, he yelled at her and challenged fur her to get another mover. Eight days later, they called to let her know they are on the way. When they got to her apartment complex, truck apparently wasn't able to drive thru, so they asked to collect another $400. Beware of this company especially for out of state move!”

I could not ask for more. The move was less then I thought it should cost. The men were polite, good humored hard working with caring attitudes. We started and finished in one day. Perez did not charge me until the move was completed even though he dropped off hundreds of dollars in boxes, wardrobes, packing tape and packing paper. I have moved before with other more recognized and more expensive movers and have not experienced this service and professionalism.
