The sales rep, Mike T, who came out to give me an initial quote, had lots of helpful advice and answers to all of my questions. He made the paperwork a breeze. When I had some follow-up questions, he got back to me within minutes. Danielle from the office was super proactive in terms of keeping me updated on time-frames and checking in with me during the pick up and delivery days. And the moving team I had, Ademia and Jason, are honestly rockstars. Professional, efficient, friendly - if/when I ever move again, I would only want them!! They went above and beyond to take apart and reassemble my larger furniture so it would be safe during transport and could get up THREE flights of stairs (in the rain, no less) at my new place. They took perfect care of some fragile items that I was worried about packing. It blew me away how quickly they were able to get everything done while ensuring all of the parts and pieces were accounted for. Not a single item was lost or damaged during the move. Plus, they're just so NICE and fun to be with that it felt more like having friends or family helping me out. Overall it was a great experience! There is some room for improvement, the only minor complaints I have are the moving boxes packed did not have the rooms on them i.e. kitchen, dining room etc so when movers delivered it made it difficult to place in the rooms and now I have to essentially move the boxes myself. I also wish there was a recycle program for the paper etc because it is so much (random side note). Otherwise, things were great considering it was a cross country move and my first time doing so. Packers were great, truck drivers/loaders were great and communication was great. Everyone was on time, met all deadlines and I knew what was happening each step of the way! Thank you all very much!”

I was not present when the movers came, but my sister told me that they were very professional. Everything arrived undamaged. My belongings arrived a day later than stated in the estimated window, but that actually worked out well since the delivery date did not coincide with some construction that was taking place on weekdays. This was our third cross country move in the last three years. The only positive thing I can say is they did show up to pick up our belongings on the date agreed (9/2). The loading company didn't use any furniture pads, nor did they use any kind of protectors for the carpet as they rolled their dirty dollies across it. Both other companies did both things. Our landlord charged us to have the carpets cleaned. We requested they store our stuff before delivering and the pick up date from storage has gone from 9/18, to 9/23, to 9/25, to 9/29 (maybe, writing this on 9/23). No response to emails from Jeanie, except to increase the price of the contract because we reduced the amount of time in storage and that caused a supposed high-volume charge for September. Debbie has said she will call us on a specific day multiple times now and I had to call her instead. Terrible service and communication and I would never recommend this moving company to even my worst enemy. update 9/29: wife wound up talking to a manager, Tom, on 9/23 and he assigned a new move coordinator, Lynanne. These 2 have been a pleasure to work with and the change showed immediate results. Our items were picked up from storage on 9/25 and scheduled for delivery Oct 2-3. Lynanne has contacted us every time she said she would. Tom also approved a refund for the increase in price. review changed to 3 stars, the initial lack of communication and the shoddy workmanship of the initial pickup crew was a factor in the end rating.”

As everyone knows moving is stressful, this company was assigned our move 5 months in advance. They appeared to be organized but once it was showtime. The lack of communication and piss poor planning was revealed. I received a VM stating they would be arriving at one time. Then when the day arrived they failed to communicate with their driver that the time was moved. So, he arrived at my house at 7:14 am, then lied to the lady in the office that he knocked on my door. The only way I knew he was outside I sent my son to dump the recycle bin. Then the lady called and I returned her call and I will admit I blacked out because she tried to call me a liar, so I proceeded to scream at her because she took her driver's word over mine.. the customer. So, my husband sent him away until the appropriate time of 8:30, only to find out they sent one packer. After 2 hours of packing alone, they sent more people which sped up the process and they were done by 12:30. I guess I scared her because she had someone else leave a message stating that they will be arriving at my home between 9-10 am. They arrive with 10 minutes to spare. There were a lot of things that occurred while packing today, I hope all my things arrive the same way they left. I will say this.. that the packers were fast and efficient , but the logistics needs improvement.”

Where to start. The entire process was a cluster. Starting with the people they sent to box my stuff. They left way too many things out of boxes and just said “the loaders will handle it”. Naturally the next day when the loaders showed up, they were mad. They were also clueless about our move. They had no idea the size of our lord, that we had a piano and a gun safe. They kept complaining about all the things the packers didn’t do. They refused to transport several items of mine until I called the allied agent who was cussing and fought with them on speaker phone in front of my kids. Then the loaders were throwing boxes off my balcony down to the first floor... I’m sure those items will be in great shape. Now my truck is in Texas, and has been for 3-4 days. Every day I call and I’m told “I’ll call you first thing tomorrow morning”, and every day—nothing. I hope I get my stuff back soon, can’t wait to see what kind of shape it is. Look elsewhere for sure.”
