These guys!! If you're moving and can't decide who to call for help, look no further!! I was looking specifically for a locally-owned kind of place to help a company that may have been in a slump because of Covid. I found MW Moving on Yelp, and I'm so glad I did! The communication was excellent! When I first requested an estimate, I got a response within just a few minutes from the owner of the company. He wanted to come by and look at our space and what we had. He gave us a quote, and an estimated time that he thought it would take. He was friendly, and assured us it would go smoothly. He was able to fit our crunched timeline, because we were given very little notice that we had to move when the owners of our rented house decided to sell it. He called me the night before, just to confirm what time they would arrive. He asked me if we were ready, and I said no. But instead of any hesitance, he assured me that nobody ever really is. That made me feel better, like I wasn't a failure. They were exactly on time, and frankly worked their butts off for 10 hours! Everything arrived safe and sound, with nothing broken. They wrapped all the wood furniture with plastic so as to prevent any nicks or scratches, they put the boxes in the rooms where they were meant to be, and they were just incredibly helpful to us in a very, very stressful time of our lives. We hadn't planned on moving from that house, and yet here we were having to do so. At our age we don't have a circle of friends that are beefy 20-something men able to pitch in and help us move for a case of beer. But MW Movers was there for us, and we will definitely refer them again and again!! We had three guys (the owner and two helpers), and they were time-efficient and careful with our stuff.”
