'Ith time to refer, this time to my mother who was in dire need of a good move and reasonable price after my father's recent death. She used them twice in two weeks, because I was unable to return home to help with "the small stuff". On behalf of and to help my mom, I called to arrange the second move and met Shane, the move's manager and company co-owner, who provided a fantastic estimate and promised they would be able to schedule the move within a week and prior to the house's closing. I asked Shane to do what he could. He expected they could be there within a few days. Well, the next day they arranged for the following! Mom was only expecting a couple of people to help with leftovers. Being handicapped, she didn't want to wait very long for them to finish and was therefore ecstatic to see three people handle the move. Sarah, Willie, and Brandon disassembled a desk and helped her move extra items that were in her van into the moving truck. Very friendly, efficient, and professional. Sara contacted me on their way to the moving site, Shane, who managed the and my mom was relieved they were able to get the estimated three hour job completed in two! I was one of Mustard Seed's first customers over ten years ago. Jason, the owner, has hands-on handled two of my moves. As stated, this is the "th" time I've referred them over the years to friends. These guys got me moved within the time frame that I needed. I called and within minutes I was scheduled. Very professional and was on time and all the crew took very good care of my furniture and breakable items. Shane the owner was onsite and the move went so smooth. I then decided to move back within a couple of weeks to my original home. I called Shane and told him I needed to move ASAP. He booked me and his crew took care of everything to get me moved back in and everything put together and set up. The crew was very professional. I will definitely use them again.”

So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was originally quoted $1,000 no more than $1,100 to move a 3 bedroom apartment to my new home(from the 3rd floor) and it was supposed to include a set up as well(thinking in my head that’s a good price to move and set everything back up).I gave away everything in my home except the master bedroom items, I literally had items that were already boxed up and items in totes. My new home is not quite ready but I had to move out of my apartment. For one, the movers came(5) with no mask or anything and we had to help them move the things and shrink wrap our dresser(their job). For two they moved my things out in a garage so EVERY ITEM is in a garage until we move into our new home. NOTHING HAS BEEN REASSEMBLED and I was charged $780. Now if you think about this, $780 just to move the stuff into a garage vs 1,000-1,100 to move and reassemble things and set everything up is crazy. I paid the tab because it was getting late and I was exhausted and didn’t want to fight. I have been calling JASON(the next day) (I should’ve been shown my invoice the day of the move but I NEVER WAS) to get my invoice (no answer). I texted and asked for my invoice and he texted back the invoice will be sent to my email. Well I’m still waiting on my invoice and he’s still not answering. Never again!”
