I called about 5 movers and by far the best price in town. Don't get me wrong I was a little worried things wouldn't pan out perfectly since moving day is always a little hectic but, WOW! From the beginning to end the service is 10 stars. Rey from customer service is the kindest and sweetest man. He covers anything and everything you need to know about their service an what they provide. He is always an email or quick call away if you have any questions. For me that was very important since I want to make sure I can speak to a real person no matter what. Now we move on to the actual move. Alex and his co worker were beyond exceptional. Professional and ready to move you quickly. They showed up 15 minutes earlier than expected. As soon as they walked in they looked at our apartment, made sure to take note of what was the task and went over contract one more time with us. They had our 1 bedroom apartment moved within 2 hours. Never a complaint, never a sigh, never attitude. I noted they were quick but, also mindful of our belongings. Alex constantly asked if something wasn't covered or had scratches to take note so they had no responsibility for it. Which on that note - read their contract and make sure you know what they bring and not bring and what they cover per broken item - it is there plain as day. I also loved that they charged by the half our vs a whole hour after the minimum 3 hour mark. My biggest tip is have at least two people present to watch your belongings and help them maneuver large items. Extra tip, snatch the first appointment so they are not too tired and ready to start the day! Don't let the bad reviews steer you away. Use common sense, pack accordingly and ask questions - YOU WILL HAVE AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.”

These guys don't mess around! Hardest working movers I've ever seen. Yet they are also really nice people. My mom recently passed away and we had to clear out her house. Her house had 40 years of stuff. She lived alone but almost every room was packed. We needed movers to help us move some of it out to storage, some to our own house in Sunrise, and some to the dump. So it was a lot of moving that my family couldn't have done on their own. It was a lot of stuff, and LONG day, but these movers acted like it was nothing. By the time they were done, it was nighttime and they were still smiling and as courteous as they were when they first arrived. Pretty soon we'll need to move everything out of the storage facility to sell it, and we will absolutely hire this moving company again!”

Very unprofessional and unreliable. I had booked moving today at 11am and made it clear that I could only use service elevator at my destination until 3pm. I was told there was a one hour window from 11am which was ok. My text requesting an eta went unanswered by Rey Silva the guy that booked me only to receive a call from the movers at 10:53am to tell me it would be 12 or 12:30pm. So we wait. Meantime still trying to reach Rey to find out what is the holdup and help solve it. No response. At 12:30pm I call movers, he doesn't answer but texts me they are 40 mins away. I continue to call Rey. Nothing. 40 mins later i text mover asking how far. No answer. Mind you, they know that I had elevator until 3pm and it is now 1:19pm and apts are about 25 minutes away. The mover finally answers my call at 1:29pm says they are still not done with the movers in a community 30 minutes away and asks if we can move tomorrow!! After screwing up all our plans, displacing us and making us waste time off of work literally sitting around and waiting for hours. Still have yet to hear back from Rey, the rep that is supposed to be helping. Very disappointed at how dishonest the movers were the entire time with their timeline and the lack of accountability from the movers AND the rep. Ladies and gents, invest elsewhere for this service. While my card company will get me back my deposit money, noone can get me back the time wasted and time = $”

I should have read the reviews before booking. I also have had a terrible experience. I booked my move weeks ago. I even got a confirmation yesterday and I responded and confirmed. the confirmation stated that the movers would be here at 7am with a one hour window. At 8.30 I contacted my sales person (Jane) and she said to ignore that time and that it was 9am-11am per my contact. No problem. I waited until 12noon and still nobody. I sent Jane another text. She didn't respond. Then, an hour later some random person from a courier company in LA called and said she'd been asked to urgently get my things and that she didn't have any trucks in the area but was looking for another date. She then called back an hour later and said she couldn't do it. I went back to Jane again and then she took another 5 hours - only to respond to say that the driver had been sick (obviously a lie because they would have called me first thing that morning and rescheduled) and that she couldn't get me another driver for 4 more days (which was then beyond when I had to move by). So now I am waiting for a refund from them and I have to desperately find someone to move me within 48 hours. I would never ever use this company again nor recommend them.”
