In July of 2020 I hired Lowe movers after getting a few quotes and automatic replies from the "big guys" and then hearing a wonderful review from a coworker about Tony Lowe. I am VERY thankful that I chose Tony and his crew. You see - it was just me and my 81 year old Mom moving into the house and I was a bit nervous about it. As soon as Tony and the crew pulled up and jumped out to introduce themselves my mind was put at ease. We walked through the house together and chatted while Tony assessed the project. In no time the crew began carefully wrapping and moving everything out. They were professional, friendly and helpful. They made my Mom and I feel so comfortable. They paid special attention to each task and the whole crew had such a nice rapport with each other and Tony. They also asked questions that helped them pack smartly and safely. We've had a dumpster in our driveway from Lowe's for 2 months. Lowes won't pick it up! The contractor that had it delivered didn't use our check to pay for the dumpster. Lowes claims no one paid for the dumpster. But it was delivered per the contractor. We're not involved in that process. Now it sits here till payment is received. How is that my responsibility? We can't get in our garage or use our driveway for guests. It's an eyesore. This is a shotty company. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I want it removed. We're still waiting!”

This company does not get my five stars. We have a very complicated move which was noted right from the beginning. Tony understood this as well. He said he was flexible and would work with us. Nothing was officially ever set in stone, there was no set ETA/ETD for any of the dates we gave. But we were trying to be organized and wanted to get on the calendar for prospective moving dates that we had. Unfortunately for us, our buyer took a long time to get his mortgage commitment. This pushed the closing of our house out twice. We finally have a “set” date and “set” times and Tony explains he can not help us. That is fine, we completely understood and were willing to move onto another company with more trucks that could accommodate our situation. We did not deserve the disrespectful rant that went on and on and the fact that he will not give us our $250 deposit back. NO WHERE on his website, or did we sign a contract saying that it’s NON-refundable. I am sure it will now that I am posting this. This is bad business management and from the start we felt judged by the size of our current house we sold. Until he asked my husband what he did for work, I don’t think he thought we could afford this move. Little does he know, he missed out on a great tip, and great customers. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.”
