We are a locally owned and family-oriented company. With that being said, we have partnered with our local food bank and from here on out every move with Just Move It feeds two children in need of food here in NC! We also give back to our customers! At the end of every month we draw one lucky customer’s name and they will receive a $100 GIFT CARD to wherever they choose! We do everything in our power to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with every job done; just like we would for our own family. I've moved across the country before, but used a line van company, which left me uneasy and stressed out the entire time. So we decided to go a different route when we chose to move back to San Francisco. Just Move It was the easiest part of my entire cross-country move from Wilmington, NC all the way to San Francisco, CA. Stetson was very personable and patient with me. He answered all my annoying questions, worked with our budget, and kept me updated every step of the way. He never once seemed annoyed with me and I felt he really listened and understood what I wanted/needed. Our actual move went great! Pick up was quick and efficient. I packed most of our items, but was unsure how to pack this rather large and awkward mirror with shelves. It was no problem for these guys. They wrapped it up very securely and it arrived in pristine condition. Arrival/Drop-Off took a little longer, but to be fair, the truck was on an incline in San Francisco, adding that much more difficulty. I was also concerned about noise because it was late, but was super impressed by how careful and quiet these guys were. You could barely hear them moving heavy furniture up stairs and down a hallway. I couldn't have done it better myself. In short, if you want a stress free move, go with these guys. You'll get more than your money's worth.”
