Very unprofessional. I was told by one of the men that they don't usually do "chump change" jobs like mine. This was followed by a number of other smart remarks. I had them move a couple pieces of furniture to my basement from my garage. Nothing was damaged but I was holding my breath. I called Jim's because we used them in the past and were happy with the job. This time, not so much. I do not recommend their service.”

We used Jim's a few months ago and had quite an experience. They showed late up not knowing they had 2 full storage sheds, tried to call for addtl help and the owner wouldn't answer. Took multiple breaks adding up to more than an hour that I wasnt aware I had to pay for. The cops showed up at my house wanting to talk to one of the movers and then they gave me a discount for helping so much, which the owner called 2 days later to collect. I refused and he took me to court to collect it. Will never use nor recommend them again!!”

The 2 men we got, K.J and Jonny O, were high and smelled of pot when arrived. We had to disassemble large peices on our own. Along with them leaving trash around the appartment we moved from. They screwed around outside multiple times. And when we approached the company for the issue we were told we were being refunded drive time. We recived $28 back out of the$114 the company advertised. For "Professional" movers, i would not recommend. We could have done better work in half the time. This company should not be rated #1. Its a rip off with shotty representatives.”

I called to discuss how I felt this was misleading and bad business practice. I was told "I have to protect my guys." He should have been protecting his guys when I called for the estimate.
