The most unprofessional company i have ever worked with. Please ask yourself why the score reviews for this company is either 1 or 5. Nobody would leave a 1 score review for no reasons, but their friends would easily add fake 5 score reviews. Number of my personal belongings were stolen during the move and i have not heard a word about any compensation from this company. It took weeks before i even got some of my personal belongings. I have already sued them and have asked an attorney to take them to the court. I know a good number of other customers who have experienced the same low quality of service. I would suggest you check multiple websites for reviews before using this company. I was amazed at how this site showed perfect fives and yelp showed the opposite.Of course now it is too late for us but maybe I can save someone else a lot of grief. To start they gave us a quote that reflected the small amount of goods that we had. For some reason it was based on cubic feet and not weight like other companies we have since reviewed. They waited until it was too late for us to get another company and then almost tripled their price. At that time the option was to find another company and redo all of the other arrangements we had made plus pay a penalty for not being out of our current home on time.Then they did a very poor job of packing items in boxes and even worse putting them on the truck. Our damages were well over $500.In addition they had contracted to put the furniture that was broken down back together at the new location but somehow they slipped out without doing that.Many items were damaged and they left a mess. At the time of delivery they acknowledged the damages and signed for them but then would do nothing about them. After filing several complaints they made an offer to return a small amount of money and then took it upon themselves to call Better Business Bureau and tell them that we had mistakenly filed a complaint about them and it listed the wrong company. At this point they called and made an offer to settle but refused to actually do anything until after we removed our complaints from the Internet. They wantedUs to lie to the Better Business Bureau and tell them the same thing that they had told them which was that we had mistakenly put their name on the report. Of course this was not true and at this point we were not willing to even say that they had taken care of the situation until we received a valid check from them. We were extremely disappointed with this company and wondered if the views we read on this website were filed by actual customers or by themselves.If you decide to use this company good luck. I for one cannot believe anything they say after getting what they called a binding estimate and having it be more than doubled at the last minute As we talked they kept changing their story and tried to blame everything on us. For instance one of the items described was a desk. We had called it a full size large desk and they had put it on the estimate as a student desk. When we first started talking they claimed that they could not even get all the things on the truck. The truth was that our neighbor agreed with us that the truck was only half full while jet was saying it was full and would not take responsibility for missing items because they claimed it had been locked at the time of pick up and not unlocked until it arrived at the new home. Of course the truth Was that it was far from full and when they had loaded it they said that they were in a hurry because they had another pick up to make. Apparently they didn’t get their story straight before speaking.Theyhave not followed through on anything that they have promised. This review is not being put here as a way to force them into doing anything but rather as a way to help other people avoid disappointments from this company. Don’t believe this, check other sources so you get the truth.”

BEWARE!! THEY STOLE EVERY BELONGING OUT OF MY HOME AND WILL NOT RESPOND OR ANSWER ME WHEN I ASK WHERE THEIR STORAGE UNIT IS THAT MY BELONGINGS ARE “SUPPOSE” TO BE IN. I paid them $2,000 to move out locally and since then (couple months ago) my moving plans have changed which I communicated very clearly to them right away. Instead of having empathy during this horrific time of Covid-19 they blame me for having to change things around. Instead of them hauling 7 hours north I needed my belonging back ASAP locally. The first month of “storage” was free and the next month (June) was the first payment. I told them I will pay them in person $800 for storage cost and they must tell me where my belonging are however THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. They’re HOLDING MY BELONGINGS HOSTAGE AND BREAKING THE LAW AKA THEFT. Since they’re already being disrespectful and dishonest, not only about cost, but also through lack of communication, I have chosen to decline them moving my belongings because of how distrustful and fraudulent they are. The so called owner “FRED” (which may not even be his real name) is a GRADE A CON-ARTIST. This company is actually called MOVE ARMY LLC and their DBA is JET MOVING ANS STORAGE AS A DISGUISE. Why? Because they have been scamming/ stealing from people for a long time and MOVE ARMY LLC got torn to shreds so Jet Moving and Storage is their “cover up name” to try and hide their DISGUSTING BUSINESS. I have filed a POLICE REPORT and their company is being investigated. I also reported them through here BBB. I’ve warned them and told them this is what I’m doing and they STILL DONT RESOND to resolve. It’s very clear they know exactly what they’re doing, this isn’t their first rodeo. This is not an ethical business- these are thieves.”

This moving company is a rip off. The verbal quote was doubled when they showed up for the move. The truck they brought was too small and could not fit all the furniture. We had to rent a U-Haul truck for the remainder and then they would not help us load or un-load it. They did not deliver on the day they were supposed to. They lied and said they broke down. This is the worst moving company I have ever worked with. They will quote you a price and once at your house double and almost triple the price. They show up late on purpose because they charge by the hour this way if they are at your house past 4pm they can charge overtime. While at your house they move in slow motion on purpose milking the time. My house was completely packed before they got there all they had to do was break down my furniture, beds take out refrigerator and washer/dryer. They arrived at my home at 10:45am they didn’t leave my home until 8:45pm. The "Owner" Fred claimed that it takes awhile to wrap the furniture up. Which is a load of crap. I’m retired military and been moved several times and watched the movers come and break down and move my furniture so fast. He is a con-artist bad business man. I knew it was a shady company when I was asked to pay in cash in the beginning. Now needing my furniture delivered to my new home 4 days later I told this idiot that I was closing on my home on Friday August 9th he says ok are 100 percent sure I said yes. He first gives me a time of 12-4 then it changed that they would get there closer to 2, then it was flying to 6pm, they show up start offloading and they have no dollies to get my refrigerator or my washer/dryer into the house his excuse "Fred" you said not to drag anything across your floors. I said correct not to drag I didn’t say anything about rolling and I didn’t tell you this until you got here. So you showed up to a job without the right equipment. He then says that they can carry the stuff into the house without the Dollie. I’m like wow there is no way they can lift a refrigerator or washer/dryer needless to say it didn’t happen because Fred left after that conversation claimed that he would return in 15 minutes leaving his crew. At that time his crew then decided to walk off the job because the were tired because they had been on a job since 6am then on to mine he had double booked them my job was going take them at least until midnight with only 3 people. So they stopped unloading the trucks and called him to come back. He was not answering their calls or mine until they said that they were leaving the trucks locked and giving me the keys, then he mysteriously showed back up and said the trucks can’t stay and that he would have to schedule me for another day to come back with my stuff. This guy is unprofessional I was told that when he is leaving his guys on the sites to work instead of him helping and getting the job done in a timely fashion he is always leaving and coming back smelling like liquor I also observed his eyes being blood shot red. I called and text him to see what time they would arrive on Sunday to re-deliver my stuff it took him several hours to respond with the following text: Hello ma’am. I am not the one to schedule deliveries. You must email to info@jetmovingandstorage… and they should be able to schedule a delivery within 72 hours. This after I have been scheduling my delivery through him. He playing games and pissing me off at this point. If I don’t receive my house hold goods today I will be calling the police and filing a report. and I will be suing him for my time an unconvincing my family. If you don’t want to deal with this type business I highly recommend you DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. JET MOVING IS A RIP-OFF CON-ARTIST. …..Update I have several items broken and missing spoke to the owner "Fred" who found glass shelves to my TV stand was suppose to deliver them to my residence here it is over 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive my shelves I also was supposed to receive my deposit again here it is almost a month later and I still have not received it. DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY. If you are reading this Fred go ahead and try and sue me, you don’t have a case lol. He threatened to sue me for defamation if I posted this review again.”

Just recently used this company for moving. I was told I had a binding estimate to where the price would not change. However, that was not the case. It seems I had more stuff than they calculated for. What a surprise. As for the movers themselves they were great except for one. He threw all of my computers in a box with no wrapping whatsoever but he bubble wrapped a little glass ashtray. The communication with the company was very poor during the move also. No one answering the phone even though the website said they open at 8 am on Sunday I couldn’t reach anyone for many hours. I did want to say that as far as the movers go except for that one guy they did an excellent job. Not one thing was broken or lost.”

Do not use this company! We have quite a few cracked furniture pieces. There was two hard workers, one obvious new guy which stated it was his first move, and the fourth guy pretty much just packed the truck. I have to say that our whole experience with Jet was a very good one! It was a big move that required 4 trucks, and at one point, we had 8 men unloading. We requested 6 men for the job of loading in Canyon Lake and unloading in San Diego, but towards the end 2 more showed up to expedite and finish the job. All the young men were amazing! This was a 3-day move folks, so we got to know some of the guys very well. James was my contact person in the beginning, and Fred was the man in charge of the team for the first 2 days, both were extremely professional and easy to work with. These guys worked! There was never a time when we felt anyone was dragging or deliberately taking their time doing anything. Things were properly wrapped and it was done quickly and efficiently. No complaints or concerns there. Pearce was the young man that ran show on day 3, he had been with us since day 1, and I can only say amazing things about him. What a delightful young man! He handled the last day with ease and grace and wrapped it all up sooner than expected. I have to say that all the young men were courteous and so considerate. They addressed us as ma’am or sir, and even passing each other they excused themselves and were always polite. I never heard a curse word from any of them and cell phone use was only on their breaks! The team that showed up was professional, skilled, trustworthy, and to our delight - really fun people to be around for the day! Our team was made up of three guys - Pierce "the perfect Forman", Mike "the mighty", and Adam "the amazing". They packed up the first place within a few hours then on the same day drove almost 3 hours to the next location and unpacked everything. Moving is always more difficult than anyone hopes but the team made it as smooth as possible! I was moving my parents from Corona to Irvine, above that seemed simple but was anything but. Between trying to decipher what was being moved, discarded to taken by friends, all in a rather disorganized household that wasn’t really prepared for a move, Jet Moving didn’t have an easy task. In 3 days they packed, disinstalled electronics, moved then unpacked and reinstalled furnitures and electronics, and even cleaned and dumped all furnitures and items being left behind - all in 2 1/2 days, less than I had anticipated. Joseph and Freddie the foremen, organized details and schedules well so there were always the agreed number of men on duty and they grouped together a good crew of hard working, very respectful and polite workers. The crew never complained and had a fantastic very optimistic problem solving attitude that was refreshing and pleasant to be around. That was important as we had a very challenging staircase with a sharp turn that made carrying heavy large furniture seemingly impossible without damaging walls or staircase. They managed it perfectly with an efficient, matter of fact manner. Even my mother who is hard to please was very impressed with how hard they all worked and tirelessly. They all went above and beyond. Joseph and Fred were also good with communicating all details of the project, including ways to keep costs manageable and letting me know my options before making any decisions. They’re a young, energetic group, and I would recommend them heartily.”

This was my first experience with Jet Moving and Storage. Very courteous over the phone but not up front about payments. They accepted a deposit by credit card but asked for cash or cashiers check when job done. Big hassle because you don’t know the final amount until it’s done and then you have to rush to the bank to get a check. Anyway. The movers were great. Hats off to them. Thanks to Angel and Sam.
