BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! This guy has scam my sister out of almost $300 add'l funds by double charging her and she has not been able to contact him since. He wouldn't return any of her calls and eventually blocked her number. She managed to find an address for his office location and waited for him to show up so she could speak with him in person and after he pulled up to his business and saw my sister, he pulled off. Why is he avoiding her? Why won't he do the right thing and refund the overcharged funds. Another customer whom he scammed contacted my sister to advise that he had done the same thing to her and in fact charged her over $700 to move her things and he is also is now avoiding this woman. This man is a thief and he knows what he is doing is deliberately wrong. I hope my sister and contact the local news and any other media outlets to let future potential customers know to be weary of this company.”

This company caused well over $10,000 worth of damage to our furniture, our new home and our old home. They will not respond to any of my text with pictures of the damages they caused. They took a picture of my card and continued to charge it without telling me. He originally quoted us $770, but he charged us $2,489, which included the two hours he was MIA with our furniture, because he said they got lost. We only moved 30 minutes away, and Google maps takes you straight to our new house. My furniture is heavy, and I explained that to him before booking him, and he said it'd be no problem. He refused to put some of the furniture back together, because he said it was too heavy. I had to pay for an additional Uhaul, have our friends help us move, as well as hire another moving company to finish moving our furniture and put it back together. My expensive furniture, that I worked really hard to pay for, is ruined, and we have no form of recourse. They did us wrong. I always wanted a hand painted picture, and I finally got one. I told them my picture was an original painting and not a print, and they damaged it. Don't deal with this company. They will damage your furniture and act like they have no way of contacting their boss, who helps move furniture, but they pretend he's not the boss, but he sounds like the man who makes the appointment. To the people leaving the fake reviews, may it all come back to you. Innocent people like myself and others were misguided by your lies. If you see someone leaving a 5 star review, they're lying. Please use someone else. This man is a crook, a thief and should be in jail. This is just some of the damage they caused. We can't put our child's crib together because they lost the hardware, and the mattress is filthy. They came to our home with a uhaul truck, and I had to rent one, which cost about $140. We have damaged furniture in every room. Our kid's dresser and chest of drawers are missing the hardware for the base, so they're unstable and could all over. This man is a terrible human being. The fact that he didn't even try to make it right let's me know he's been doing this to many others. He's on the more expensive end, charging $110-$120 per hour. Don't use him. He's not an honest person. He's a coward and a crook.”

This company did a job for my family and the logistics were all wrong. First, a two-man team came to move our home and break down everything for moving. During the move, much of our furniture was damaged. The two men also sat around for hours while my wife was was working to get boxes moved into the house. Also, myself and two of my friends did in just 2 hours what it took an entire day to do and that is moving multiple pieces of heavy furniture out of the house and into a truck. The job ultimately took almost 18 hours to accomplish with them finally leaving at 3:00 AM because of their failure to not only plan ahead, but to put our furniture back together properly. My wife and I had to do the rest of the assembly even after two of our children's beds were assembled backwards. This company is very unprofessional and shouldn't be used by anyone.”
