Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. They could never say where our stuff was, when it was arriving, dates it left etc. We cant ever get anyone on the phone and once we do they know absolutely nothing... We thought this was going to take 1-2 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks. We still don't have our belongings, we don't have any clue where they are, and still absolutely no idea of when its arriving. Moving across country is already stressful. We thought hiring "professionals" would make it a little easier... We couldn't have been more wrong”

Worst moving experience ever!!!! I moving from Maryland to California. The marketing person, Jim, will sweet talk you into signing a contract with them. After you sign, it is all down hill. The price will double from the initial quote. The movers show up 2 days later to pack. I have been waiting in California almost a month and my stuff still did not come. I have used quite some them since my first move in 2015, but I have always been disappointed by them because they end up either losing my things or damaging others. A mover I used at the beginning of last year ended up charging me so much yet they had broken almost all my furniture. However, Interstate Relocation Systems are different. I called and spoke with Ryan at interstate relocation systems and he was great from start to finish. I explained to him I needed to relocate for work purposes and needed to move as quickly as possible. He was able to get all of my items picked up just a few days later with no extra charges. We went over all of the items I would be bringing and he gave me a fair price compared to the other companies I had been speaking with. He explained everything, and what to expect perfectly. I was contacted the day before my pickup date with information as to when I could expect the drivers to show up, they arrived on time and were very professional and they worked quickly. I am so glad I paid for packing as well, it was a great way to save myself time and not have to worry about packing everything incorrectly. I was informed on the day of pickup how long delivery would take and I was also given copies of all of my paperwork right then and there. I called in about a week after pickup to inquire about delivery, the customer service department called me back in a timely manner with a update and they also provided me with the driver's phone number. The driver called me and informed me when he was on his way and showed up within the window he provided me. All of my items were delivered and I had no issues. I am so thankful for this company and how easy they made my move. I would recommended them to anyone that needs to move, especially if you are pressed for time.”

After 6 months I still have thousands of dollars worth of items missing and thousands of dollars in damages. Price agreed upon price was $3769.50. We asked about extra insurance and were told we are wasting our money. We told them we needed a full truck. Reply was they are professional and know how to load. They came with a small truck. The truck was full and could not load anything else. Needless to say we had to pay them more. They promised to return the next day and came 2 days later and THREW everything on the truck. Then I was asked to tip them. Every expensive large items were placed on the garage floor till last and thrown on and listed as garage items! We received a call later that we owed an additional $2454.00 If not wired immediately my furniture would not ship. I thought my NIGHTMARE was over! I was promised my furniture would be delivered Sunday . I waited no one came and again no one picked up the phone. Because of all the extra charges they kept adding we had an additional balance due of $4023. My husband offered to give them 1/2 and the balance when they were finished. They said they could not do that and we had to pay up front or they would leave! Later when the Sheriffs Dept. was called in to file a police report they were told that it was illegal in the state of Florida to hold furniture hostage. Unfortunately, at that point it was too late for us. I watched in horror as they unloaded the truck. Every piece of furniture was broken or damaged. Including a $12,000 dining room set! My 63" marble top was broken in 4 pieces. Lamps were all broken including the leg off of a metal pole lamp! All the hardware to put my things back together was missing. My husband's air pressure gun not only had the hoses and gun missing, they cut the cord off, punctured the tire and removed the gas cap. There are too many numerous items to mention. We also had thousands of dollars of items missing. Chain saws, leaf blower, 31" aluminum ladder, 7" fiberglass ladder, $400 new dehumidifier, extremely large ceramic planters, etc. Furniture was broken over $15,000 in damages and thousands of $s items missing. We have made numerous attempts at contacting them. After the 1st call we were immediately told 1st thing was "you did not have insurance", this is the reason they probably talk you out of getting it. I have filed complaint with the Sheriff's Dept. in Bonyton Beach, FL Bethlehem Township PA., police and the Bensalem, PA police, Atty General Office and D.O.T. They do not care because they are getting away with it. This started at an estimate of $3679.50 and we ended up paying $9674! They kept have blocked my phone calls. They send me a copy of the foreman's license and told me "I" needed to prosecute him myself because they found "some of my stolen items"! (The rest was probably sold on the black market). They send a truck with 4 items! They had originally sent pictures of a few of my items which means they had them but I never received them till this day. I was told not to continue with an attorney and I would be compensated on all my lost and broken items. Never happened”

STAY AWAY! WORST MOVERS EVER! I hired IRS to move me from CO to NY. DISASTER! Two men came to move us on January 16, 2019. They ran out of packing materials about half way into the move and assured me, when I expressed alarm, that they would, “Take it back to the warehouse to repack all of it before it went across country.” This clearly never happened. I had to call IRS several times for the next three weeks to see when our things would get to our home in Rhinebeck. They never once called me with an update. I was told that the movers would give me 24 hours notice before they arrived with our things. Imagine my surprise when they called to say they would be there in 10 minutes! I scrambled from work to get there and found when they opened the truck that our belongings were tumbled together in the most destructive way. During the move into the house, they completely ruined the walls going up the stairway including a gouge in the sheet rock and chunks out of the plaster when they moved couches upstairs. Now no one will return my calls. Hard to believe this company is still in business. STAY AWAY! Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6000”
