This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever encountered. I hired them to move a bedroom set and was very deliberate in saying that a couple of the items were quite large/heavy and would need movers that would be able to carry these items. I was told they would arrive at 10 AM on Sunday. At 11:45 I received a call saying they were at the wrong address. The gentleman I spoke with did not speak English very well so I tried to be as deliberate as possible to get them to the right address. After a half hour I still had not heard from them so I called the mover to get an update. I was told my address was not in any GPS device (although it is) and they were going the wrong direction. I then spent 10 minutes pleading with the gentleman to type exactly what I was saying into their GPS so they could arrive. They finally showed up around 12:40 and I could tell they were not going to be able to move the furniture I needed moved. The one man was an older gentleman. They insisted that they had the proper equipment but as soon as they saw the items they started speaking in a different language to each other so I couldn't understand what was being said. They then walked downstairs to the truck and started putting on moving equipment but after about 10 minutes they came in and said they would not be able to move my stuff and would need to come back later. I needed to be out of this place yesterday and was left scrambling to find another company at 2 PM on a Sunday. I tried calling Alex multiple times and left multiple messages and still have not heard anything from him. No one answers the phone when you call and when I asked the people who showed up if they have been able to get a hold of Alex they said this is a regular issue. Please avoid this company. They take your credit card and charge you for stuff prior to doing work. It is also disorganized and they will not be responsive. For other people that have been treated unfairly by this company please contact the Better Business Bureau because what this Company advertises is downright fraudulent. Furthermore, they make an already stressful event like moving even worse when they ignore phone calls and leave people high and dry at the last minute.”
