Summertime is not the time to move into Yuma and I can honestly say Jacob and Kenny were amazing! Called Jacob at 7:15 am to see if it was possible to fit us in for an unload? Jacob & Kenny were here by 10 am and jumped right in. They unloaded our 26' truck in 2 hours! Sweating bullets (108 degrees) and never complaining while doing a professional and courteous job. They were so careful and caring. When I told them to put things in one place, they did exactly that, even if I was wrong they would ask nicely "are you sure you want it here" knowing that I told them to put a box marked kitchen in a bedroom. I was lucky they were available because I don't know what I would've done without them. I'm grateful that they were better than advertised. The bottom line, I don't need to see other reviews of other movers because these guys were perfect! Thank you Jacob and Kenny!!!”

All I can say is EVERY business should take a page from THIS company's book!! This was a move I was helping with. I called. Imagine a company where they actually ANSWER the phone, how about that! 9 times out of 10 he answers the phone, and when you leave a message, heck he actually calls you back! Who knew. So since that conversation went well, I had the person actually making the move call them, too. This is what you can expect when you call Hill's Moving & Delivery: You call. The owner of the company answers his cell phone. Whaaa???? You tell him where you're going, where you're coming from and what you think you need to move. No hemming and hawing. He gives you a ball park figure and lets you know that he is going to review your conversation and nail down that estimate ASAP. Then you get an estimate (which is risky for the business because we ALL think we have less than we really do) in your email, or by phone. Hmmm it's kinda low considering everyone else you've already called. All the red tape you uncovered, and the tiny print basically giving up ownership of everything you own the minute it gets into their (or somebody else's) truck. Though Jacob knows this and tells you so ... BUT you say nope, this is all the stuff I have ... Then you set an approximate date... He calls you a bit closer to your moving date and asks you how it's going, are you still planning to make the move? Are you closer to knowing exactly when you'll need him (oh, and how much stuff you're needing to move) You tell him yep, I have a good handle on the date, and ... I MIGHT have a few more boxes than I thought ... ahem ... Jacob is patient and says you can solidify plans closer to the date, but you both have to get that settled so he can make the best arrangements for you. OK, you're set. You know the EXACT date you want him to come get'cha! His price is still the same as his estimate. He lets ya know if it turns out that he'll be needing extra help on the other end or it takes them longer to pack up because of all those boxes that just keep piling up around you ... it'll be a bit more... but no worries, you'll pay him when they finish unloading your stuff. (and by unloading your stuff I mean carefully carrying it to wherever you designate in your home) THEN ..... suddenly .... YOU have a change of plans!! Oh NO!! Now you're ready for all those extra fees for changes and bigger trucks and more people .... BUT Nooooooo, Jacob just asks what's your new date and how can he help! This young man was raised right!! He was here. ON TIME. Earlier than on time. Every time he said he'd call, he did. He even called from the road (long distance move ya'll) They were polite .. yes ma'am. They were fast, they were careful, kind, and they let us follow them all the way to a new state, new city, new home ... He kept in touch with us on the road to see when we needed breaks. We stopped, ate, rested and got on the road again. They were still as cheerful and kind at 2PM as they were at 6AM!! Did you hear me say deposit? Did you hear me say too much, too many, too heavy, too far ...? NOPE! Because neither did he!! He comes back in again after everything is as neat as can be. (He & his crew worked around cable guys in TWO rooms) Nothing was left in the way. Nothing was damaged. Everything landed where we asked them to put them. Jacob Hill, YOU are God's gift to the moving industry. The other businesses should THANK YOU for saving their reputations. You make those of us who've had traumatic experiences have hope and faith again in the good old fashioned WORD and hand shake. Do NOT miss out on the chance to have the best moving experience ever. OH ... and P.S. All those extra boxes turned out to be about 25 ... $30 more than the estimate. For double what I originally thought?? A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Seriously!! Call now. You'll be grateful you did.”

December 19th 2019 I called Jacob on a referral to move us from Yuma to Prescott . Jacob is a busy man as it got closer to the move date I tried to connect with him to Afrim our move. If I would of looked in my call log Jacob had called my phone a few times. So lesson add any one your working with to your address or contacts spam robo calls will dump them to voice mail .
