Hercules made my move tolerable! From start to finish, our experience was terrific. You could tell the owner, John, is very hands on, which I like. The guys were fast and friendly - and very patient with me when I was trying to figure out furniture placement. It had to drive them nuts but they never showed it! We received ample supplies (did our own packing) and the guys took away any boxes that we had finished with before they left the job. Less to get rid of on my part! Great attention to detail and they handled our and quot;treasuresand quot; with extreme care. From the estimate to the moving day, Hercules was exceptional. I would use them again in a heartbeat!”

The crew was very nice and professional, but there were a lot of hiccups with the overall moving. The back door was damaged as they tried to force furniture I advised would not fit through the door. During the final walk through I rushed, and should not of because there were things damaged during the move. My couch has a big gash in the leather, the interior of my dresser drawer was damaged, and my child's place desk was damaged. They ran behind and did not have the house done by the time of the final walk through as promised, and my husband even disassembled a lot o the furniture ahead of time. Overall very nice people, but wish they would have been more efficient and gentle with the furniture as I was disappointed with all the damage. On the other hand it was very hot and big move!”

We recently used Hercules for our home move. The bid was fair considering our house size and contents. The pre-move support and details were clear and they gave us plenty of “what to expect” information. Nearly nailed the hours expected to perform the job on both days in our quote (off by just an hour combined for both days). Day of the packing was long but the guys did a great job. Day of the move was a very long day but we got it done. Box pricing could be a little lower considering you could go to Home Depot for half the price but they drop them off which the convenience almost pays for itself. My only (and I mean only) thing preventing a 5 Star was that during the actual moving day, one of the guys must have had mud or something on his shoe because we spent about and hour pulling God knows what out of the carpet up the stairs and on the second floor. Okay...so an abnormal occurrence but would’ve hoped to see the guys notice they were tracking something in. Regardless, a great experience and would recommend them for anyone planning a move!”

Hired Hercules to pack and move household belongings into storage. Packers and movers were courteous but were generally unsupervised and did not follow through on instructions provided by the owner of the company. They agreed to put several items in a storage location where they would be easily accessible. They did not follow through which forced me to have to replace those items as they were inaccessible during the times that I needed them. Also, they did not have the padding and blankets needed to protect wooden and antique furniture in storage. Those supplies needed to be provided at my own expense.”
