When I got nervous about a huge antique breaking the lead man took a few minutes to explain how it would be wrapped and moved. He assured me that he understood my concerns. Their employees showed up late, and worked so slowly (cigarette break after cigarette break) that they barely finished the job, then couldn't find the address where the load was to be delivered, so they took the load back to the warehouse for the night costing me money for accommodations that they then refused to repay. They sell themselves as a "family" company, but don't act like it.”
