Because of the very fragile nature of some of these pieces, and in many cases the high cost of replacement or repair, it became necessary to develop some rather unique approaches. As we expanded into the residential and commercial markets, it made sense to apply these innovations to both household and office moves. *** continiued - My daughter and I we extremely tired, this had been a long strenuous, stressful, tiring day, my daughter and I were forced to do work that I hired a moving service to do because they were it doing it in a timely manner. Sometime after 10 o’clock Steve the Forman said to me that the office is on the phone, the they want the payment cause they were closing and needed to close out my account. I told them the job is incomplete. He said they will continue with it, they need to leave the office so the account need to be paid. When asked how much? They gentlemen on the phone gave me an amount over $1800 for 11.5hrs, this is in addition to the $358 I paid to reserve their service. I told him he was kidding and why am I being charged that amount. He replied it’s for the 12hour job the men did. I explained to him that my move should not have taken that long, that his employees came unprepared, that is what caused the delayed. I refused to pay that amount. It went on for awhile. Then I inquired about the damages to bedroom wall, one of the men left saying “this is f-ing bullshit” in front of my daughter. Both Steve and the gentleman on the phone began demanding their money. This was after 11pm, the situation was getting out of hand, I did not want to further disturb my new neighbors, so I gave them a payment of $600, so this is a total of $958 paid. Then Steve came with form with the amount of $278, that he said I had to pay the following day. I just wanted the job done so we could rest and get something to eat, because I was starving, hadn’t eaten anything since 8am that morning and it’s now 12am the following day. Once I signed the form Steve(the Forman) also packed up and left without finishing the job like I was told they would. I followed him outside to asked him what was he doing, he starting raising his voice for my to leave him alone, that he’s had a long day, he was going home. I asked him what were we to sleep on, because they did not finished setting up the bed, he went back complaining. He throw my mattress on the bed and started to walk out. I called to him because my refrigerator doors would not open, they had tightened them too close together. I then pointed out the water hose that was hanging from underneath the door, he hissed his teeth saying they didn’t touch it, but they had to to take off the doors, so he did. He then left without finishing up the job hired to do. My TVs, dress draw, chair leggings, dinning table legs, needed to be assembled and put where they belong. Parts for my refrigerator was missing, along with numerous other things we came to find out as the days went by. My daughter’s bedroom set is scratched up all over, and chipped, her mattress was also damaged, the springs in the center broke, so the mattress sunk in. My dinning room table scratched up. When they were taking the furniture out of the apartment I asked them to cover them like the previous movers did, I was told they would once it got to the truck, that it was easier to take outside that way. It was obvious that they did not due to all the dings, this includes my fridge doors as well.”

Absolutely terrible sham of a company. My mother passed away and it has already been a long and emotional journey. Her tab has been paid and is up to date. But when I went to pick up her stuff I’m now being forced to pay almost 800$ for a mandatory group of movers to move her items to a loading dock. We didn’t need this as we had a group of family to help us. But of course we are being forced to use their movers, when it’s listed on their page as an “option”...”
