We have used many moving companies over the years. The big national ones, and local. This is by far the best. From the low pressure estimate process by Garth to the move itself, it was "First Class." The team led by Steven were polite and very efficient. They take time to wrap all the furniture and pad it. The cost, including all that is comparable to others. We've had crews from other companies who were rude and complained. Not this team. They were very good, joked with each other, made suggestions on where to put things. An all around very good experience. Highly recommended. We will use them again if we need to move.”

This company is HORRIBLE!! Wish I could give them 0 stars! I just moved to NY from Chicago and had an awful experience with this moving company. The people you talk to on the phone are nice, but everyone I dealt with in person was just the opposite. When they were picking up my stuff the guy was rushing me to sign papers saying they were in a hurry to get to the next person and I felt that he did this purposely because I am young. Felt they were trying to take advantage of my boyfriend and I because we are young. Charged us $40 dollars for 5 rolls of tape because we didn’t tape our bags! Who thinks to tape a backpack or a tote bag? To make it even worse they didn’t even use 5 full rolls, and I have proof because they left all the rolls at my apartment! It was more equivalent to like 2, maybe 3 rolls. My stuff arrived 3 days late and 3 items were broken. My 55in TV, a gift from my late great grandmother, which is irreplaceable, and my favorite mug. None of which they pay full price for. How’s 60cents/pound of broken item going to pay for a new TV? They kept throwing more and more expenses at us even though their website says they have fixed prices! It was like they didn’t look into their job at all and had to throw in extra prices as they went along because they didn’t even know where they were going. PLEASE DO NOT use this company! Spend a few extra dollars and save yourself the stress and the hassle of using First Class Moving & Storage. They are not what their name says they are.”

Horrible, simply horrible. The customer service line usually just rings and rings. If you get voicemail, the voicemail is full. The website they redirect you to does not exist. They will tell you anything to get you to book with them but everything changes afterward. Without any notification about the delay that paying by check will create, they claim 5-7 business days to process a check (maybe in 1980?) and refuse to load your stuff until you have paid everything. Lord only knows what shape my stuff will arrive in if it arrives at all.”
