What a disappointing turn of events. This company started off great. Answered all my questions and really transparent about pricing. During the move, the movers damaged a family heirloom dresser. They did not inform me or apologize. I've reached out three separate times for a resolution and have not heard back at all. The damage is bad enough where the movers would have felt or heard it happening, and they didn't say anything. While the movers themselves were friendly, it is inexcusable to just blatantly ignore a customer's concern. There were also little things, like showing up late and with one less person that I hired (although they did adjust my rate). They also dropped a piece of my coffee table down the stairs, and did not apologize for that, either. It now doesn't sit right. I was originally going to leave a four star review, however, after not responding to my concerns (after they've been paid, of course) I feel this is a 1 or 2 star job in terms of customer service. Had they responded or offered a solution, perhaps the experience would have been more positive. Edit: I have reached out several more times, and still have not heard back. Beware: one you give this company your money, you will not hear from them again. After having the BBB reach out to the business TWICE, they tried telling me that I owed them money (which is not true, I have receipts). The disrespect is real.”

This company cancelled on us the night before we had to move (with a pregnant wife) and they have not refunded our credit card the $600 deposit they have owed us since booking with them on November 10, 2020. It is now December 22, 2020. They won't answer my calls, emails or anything else. I have now had to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and anywhere else I can. Do not give them a deposit of any kind.”
