They were super professional and knowledgeable with the gazillion questions I had for them. On the day of the move, they arrived early with two trucks and 6 guys. Chris, Bennet, Harrison, Tucker, Hunter, and Logan worked nonstop and were very efficient. They took care of everything and had all of their own equipment and tools. Super kind and professional. I recently hired Dogwood Moving Company to perform packing and moving services for me, and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and considerations that were made for me during the packing process. I was unexpectedly out of state and was extremley anxious to have strangers that I have never met inside of my home to pack my personal belongings; however, the lead for the move (Kiyonta), was very professional and called or texted me with updates and questions about how I wanted things packed and what my personal preferences were. He informed me about their processes which put my mind at ease and helped me to feel confident. I was also unable to be present for the move, but once again Kiyonta was very informative on the day of the move and kept me up to date on their progress. When I arrived to the apartment, all of the boxes had been clearly labeled and placed in the appropriate rooms accordingly. With the exception of a couple of items, I felt that everything was packed safely and only one item was lost from the entire 1-bedroom apartment move. I was highly satisfied with Dogwood Moving Company and would recommend them based on their communication, professionalism, and their willingness to go above and beyond to help you. 5 stars!”
