This company was an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. To get my initial quote, I was able to enter my complete apartment inventory entirely online. They even had a pretty big list of common items to choose from, so I didn't have to measure every single piece of furniture I had. The quote was so easy and straight forward too. This was the *only* quote of the 5 I got for my move where every charge was broken down and explained on the quote itself. And Teare was so incredibly thorough, she took me through every piece of paperwork she sent me and what it was for, EVEN BEFORE WE HAD DECIDED TO BOOK THEM. I also like how they gave us a number to text questions to - some questions I had were small and not really important enough for a phone call. The move itself was also incredible. I was texted a couple of days before for a reminder, and then Ron called the day before to confirm their arrival details. The day of, Ron took me through the paperwork again to explain everything and to explain how the payment worked. Shortly after their arrival on moving day, there was an issue with my building's doorman (it seems that my management company didn't tell him I had scheduled the freight elevator for my move), and he was screaming at everyone, and he got in my face and in my boyfriend's face. This was in *no* way Ron's problem to deal with, but he immediately stepped in and deescalated the situation. Teare even texted me to apologize for the situation, even though *I* should have been apologizing to *them* (and I did). There were so many problems that day, with the doorman, and then the freight elevator broke down, and irate neighbors screaming horrible things to Ron and his guys, and needing a bigger truck because we had too much stuff, but the ENTIRE time every single guy who helped us with our move (special shout outs to Ty, Derek, Dustin, Tony, and Jamal!) was so nice and friendly and respectful, and I cannot believe how quickly they were able to pack up everything in our apartment and move it 3 hours away, all in one day. And not a single thing was bumped, bent, or damaged. I can't thank the people at Diversity Moving enough - not only were they excellent at their jobs, but they were exceptionally good people, and they 100% deserve your business.”

Had a somewhat difficult in-house furniture move, Called Diversity Moving. This was my first time using them. The movers were able to calculate with precision how to maneuver a 92 inch tall 36 inch wide cabinet along with other appliances that had to go to the third floor in a house with narrow hallways with no issues. This was on a snowy day. But they made it a point to not track through the house. Move items and wall pictures, covered the floors and banisters etc so as to not cause any damage to the walls floors and furniture.. Upon completion they made all item were back in place. We needed to move a 5’ long bar from the basement to the first floor.
