My wife told them to just put the couches anywhere in the living room. So they put them on ther sides in the walk way. They also put the washer and dryer in the walkway in the basment. They were not to happy when they moved our amorie. Also we had them for 3 hours. So i assumed we would just fill up the truck with our stuff, but they had other peoples stuff in the truck. They called me after i placed this review and they kind of argued with me on filling the truck and the couches on the side. I was under the impression we could just fill the truck but that was not the case. They said they would pay the movers that i hired to replace them if i had a recipt but it was my nephew's buddys. So i had no recipes. Also the lift gate on there truck did not work. I had to help them move the tool box up the truck. They never offered me to move the amorie for free. They did offer to come back and fix the issues but by then everything was done. I have been changing my review because they have been changing there reply. These are not professional movers!!!”

Extremely unprofessional, and ALL of our furniture is damaged. Items were not wrapped well if even wrapped at all. We provided wrapping material, but found numerous moving blankets thrown in without a purpose. All furniture was scratched gouged, or completely broken beyond repair. Heaviest boxes were on top, lightest boxes were packed on the bottom. Boxes marked "Fragile, Glass" with clear markings showing orientation, were upside down and at the bottom. The damage is unbelievable. Beyond the damaging packing strategy, items were separated. For example, we had one clearly labeled POD to be put into storage, and one POD to be delivered and accessible. Our dining room table top went into the accessible POD, while the table legs went into the storage POD. The stroller was left out, but the stroller wheels went into the storage POD. Everything was meticulously labeled, and there was no need to separate items. My conclusion is that this was malicious. Beyond the packing, the movers' language was atrocious, and I had to actively make sure my daughter was not near them.”

My Mom has lived in Ft. Collins for 30 years and finally needed her MASSIVE garage cleaned out. It was very close to a hording situation, with all kinds of things packed in there: wood, trash, furniture, and even haz-mat stuff. These guys did a GREAT job of working with her (she's in her 70s), and were very responsible. They came on multiple occasions, were sensitive to her needs around the house, and hauled off ALL KINDS OF STUFF. Plus, she found the guys (Jeremy was the main contact guy) very likable and trustworthy. I even met Jeremy on one occassion, and found him to be very straight forward and competent. NOTE that there is another outfit in Ft Collins called "Dirty Deeds," but that one is a landscaping outfit. These guys are totally different and do hauling and moving. I highly recommend these guys and would use them for moving or hauling junk.”

It takes a lot for me to review something, but these guys are worth it! I have only been in northern Colorado for a little over a year, and making my first in town move, I didn't know who to use as a moving company. I was 8.5 months pregnant and needed help moving into my second-floor apartment. I used yelp and found dirty deeds, along with a few other moving companies, and found dirty deeds to be the most inexpensive. Setting up my move out day was easy. Stephani worked with me, she thought that my moveout and move in would take about four hours, but I only had a budget for three hours. She re-estimated my move out and move in for three hours, which was really helpful with my budget. I had pretty much everything packed and ready to go, but the guys that came to move me were so incredibly fast and efficient I could not believe it. They came into my apartment and made sure that the doors were protected from dings and put mats down on the floor to protect my floors as well, then didn't waste any time hustling things into the moving truck. They literally ran back-and-forth from my apartment to the moving truck and worked so fast! They moved my dressers full of clothes which were so heavy! Super strong guys. Then they drove the moving truck to my new apartment and I could have never moved my items so quickly into my second-floor apartment. They didn't take any breaks, and we had to force them to take a break to drink water-it was a super hot summer day. They ended up finishing my total move out and move in in 1 1/2 hours. Quicker than I could've ever imagined. I was shocked for all the stuff that had to be moved! These guys are super efficient and I appreciate that they didn't slack at all to make the time and payment longer. Tipped them as well as I could because these were the hardest workers I have ever encountered. I can't thank them enough and I will definitely use them next time I move!”

I thought this was going to be at 5 Star when I first was communicating through text with this company but it went sour uduring our first conversation. I am going to hope that I caught Christina during a stressful time in her life. Even though I am the one moving. Not that I towish stress on anyone but rather to excuse her "customer service skills'. In short she got impatient and cut off our conversation before I could absorb what she was saying. I think she thinks her company is the best place ever... Maybe, but there are plenty of others. I originally was deciding between two. When I decided to go with dirty deeds, she made it clear that that choice was wrong. So, I went with the other. Not only less expensive but he guaranteed he could move me within 2 hours or to do the remainder was on him! That's how you do business and win over customers. Not intimidate when they are already stressed. I am happy she acted that way early on because if they showed that nastier side during the move it would be worse. Things happen for a reason!!
