Read every detail of the quote. The “travel time” is not the time it takes to transport your stuff from one location to the other but the time it takes them to get from their office to your place and from your place to the office when move is done. Also because it is paid by hour they are really slow to ensure more hours are charged. I don’t recommend it. At the end I paid more with them, it is better to look for a quote for the full service not by hour.”

CT moving and storage moved everything in an hour and a half. The total movie time with transportation was 2 hours. Their minimum charge is for 3 hours. They were friendly and fast. They moved everything and didn't have to pack anything. Everything was in good condition except my dresser was damaged and scraped in 5 places. Aaron, the company manager refused to come look at the piece and I sent photos to the company. He denied any wrongdoing even though I had thoroughly cleaned and inspected the dresser before the move and knew that all these damages were done after the dresser was picked up. I would not recommend these movers to anyone. They said that the damage was there before and refused to make good even though they were licensed and insured. They are also not registered with the BBB.”
