I called Crabtree movers based on the many positive reviews written. I also had a move with many moving parts, large pieces, and a boat load of furniture. Austen contacted me, came out to do a walk through and the rest was nothing but positivity. This company was accommodating throughout my entire ordeal. I was selling one house, moving my goods into their storage, spending time in corporate housing while looking to purchase another home, close on it and schedule delivery of my goods within an appropriate time frame after closing which had setbacks. They worked with my schedule from changing to rescheduling it to accommodate me. Once I finally received my close date, they sent a smaller crew because we agreed on two shipments because of the size of my move and my last minute date changes. Originally I had a crew of 13 men to pack out and load. This time, I had a crew of four men. I still don't understand how they were not only able to deliver my goods unscathed...they actually surprised me and delivered the entire load that weekend!! This company is a well oiled machine that takes the service of moving to a whole new level. The guys were extremely respectful and professional. They moved me to a new construction home with light walls, and there are zero scratches on the walls. I would have to say if you have furniture and household items that you cherish and would like to keep them in one piece...Crabtree Moving is the only way to go for that piece of mind.
