The moving company we used, contracted with Corrigan to pack our belongings. Your packers did a very poor job! Almost every box is mismarked, causing us to unpack each and every box to find things that go together;. Example: I unpacked a box marked "Kitchenware"...the only kitchenware was one spoon, one knife, and one fork!!! The other items were from the living room and bathroom! It took us 3 days to finally find our silverware. Still looking for many things that were packed in boxes along with items from all the rooms in our home. I will definitely not recommend your company to anyone!”

A single day move turned into a two day ordeal because the wrong equipment was sent. 2 Men & A Truck quoted us 5 guys and 2 trucks. Corrigan quoted 4 men and 1 truck. When asked why the bid was different we were told Corrigan has bigger trucks/trailers. I was expecting a semi truck and trailer, but we were sent one 28’ box truck. When asked if everything will fit, one of the movers said “it’s not rocket science, if it fits it fits, if not it doesn’t”. The items were not packaged into the truck with caution, and several items were damaged. I overheard one of the movers on the second day tell the other movers they are in a hurry and not to correctly package/secure the items in the truck. We were then told we would have to pay half of the overage for the second day. When I stated all of the concerns to our move coordinator he apologized and accepted responsibility for the wrong equipment being sent, but stated we still had to pay the difference. Because the move is under 60 miles it is a “non-binding” contract. The virtual walk-thru was not available on the day it was scheduled. Our move coordinator had plenty of time to assess the move in person, but he didn’t. An itemized list (boxes per room, beds, couches, etc) along with pictures were sent, but we were told that wasn’t good enough. I asked the move coordinator to address my concerns with his boss (Kevin Corrigan). I was told my concerns were addressed, but we still have to pay half. I sent Kevin an email directly to explain my frustrations. I was told that since a step was not available (virtual walk-thru) Corrigan accepts responsibility for the issues. It took a lot of time out of my schedule, and a lot of frustration dealing with our move coordinator. I appreciate Kevin’s willingness to work with us, considering our move coordinator was basically useless.”

Very bad experience with this company. It started with the person who came to give the estimate (Chuck); he was arrogant, impatient with our questions. Then on the day of the move, the crew that came was the least experienced, compared to my previous moves; on top of a negative attitude from beginning till the end. They damaged a sofa, my walls, and instead of apologizing, the head of the crew was upset b/c he found the move more difficult than he expected! When we got to the new house, they were rushing and the quality of the job went down even further. Boxes placed all over in the wrong places. Heard the head of the crew tell others that he wants to be home soon! Finally, the ripping off. When we got to the payment, Antonio, the head mover told me that they used only one truck, and that is how they will charge me. But later, the company sent me a bill for a second truck. When I protested, supported by what Antonio told me, the answer was that it’s true that no furniture at all was loaded in the second truck, but they needed it anyway to transfer their equipment. A whole truck for equipment! Reversing and contradicting what I saw and was told on the move day. I could not reason with anybody from the company, and again, always the same arrogance and indifference to the customer. I waservice in return, the opposite. It’s just a completely losing equation for any customer, and i recommend strongly against it. There are much better options all around.”

I can NOT recommend this company! They packed horribly, breaking all sorts of things and furniture too. After moving our items from California to Michigan, it all went in storage. There were a lot of things broken we noticed right away. Once we started unpacking we realized we were missing lots of expensive items and noticed a lot of broken items too. The company sent us a claims link, and we uploaded photos and descriptions, and they sent someone to estimate the damage to our hot tub, then months later asked for the claim info again and we were out of state for several months due to family and then to covid, and now they claim they aren't covering any of our claims. We also had a truck they transported and upon getting that out of storage they provided us with a claim form notating the damage that was done to it, and now they're not covering that because they claim that claim form - that they provided, wasn't a valid claim form! This company hires people that don't care for , and clearly misplace or outright take your items . Then they don't back up with paying out your claim even. When you've paid for the insurance!! Now we have to waste more time and money and go to court with this company! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!”
