Working with Concrete Moving was a great experience. We are a small non-profit. We serve survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, are low-income or have been displaced. We were facing a dilemma when we had to move furniture out of storage into our new transitional home. No volunteers were available, and our founder was forced to move the furniture herself. I had Concrete moving company move me out of my house and into uboxes storage containers. I left the state 3 mths and when i came back and went to unload the uboxes it was horrible. My $3500. 2 year old Samsung refrigerator was totally strip down and not put back together, which they told me they had put it back together. There were all kinds of scratches and dent/dings all over it. I don't even know if it works, but wouldn't use it if it did because it looks so bad. I have broken and scratched up furniture. I've tried several time to reach out to Dontay and can not get a return call. They were nice enough but I would never use again or recommend them to anyone. Beware!”

I hired Concrete Movers off the Uhaul website. Scheduling and arrival went good. However, I paid for 3 hours and it took 5 hours for a 2 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Jason, the lead mover was kind and respectful. His helper was so slow and wandered around half of the time. We bought a couch 7 months ago and it had no damage. They banged it again the walkway and dragged it along the walls. They attempted several different ways to get it inside and were unable to, through no fault of theirs. However, I didn't realize the damage until they left and we were trying to post it for sell. Unfortunately, I have to throw this couch away now, as I cannot afford to fix it and I am left with no couch in my new place. Dontay kept messaging me to pay the additional 2 hours and I told him I would reach out because I needed the damage pictures from my husband. Later that day, I sent over the pictures and asked for his insurance information. The only response I got from him was You're couch isn't broken and that can be repaired. When I got a quote, I sent him the amount and no response. I am disappointed at their business conduct. I do not recommend them at all. They are not ran by reputable people. I called Uhaul and explained the issue and was issues a refund. Still not enough to pay for repairs but at least I didn't have to pay for them to damage my furniture. DO NOT USE CONCRETE MOVERS!”
