Lucas and his team are the best!! They have moved me six times over the last six years (including just picking up a sofa from one place and taking to another, twice) and were unfailingly patient, kind, efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced every time. They've moved me out of a 4th floor walkup apartment, in mid-February, when there was snow and ice on the ground! They've moved stuff from my apartment to a storage room. Not the best company to choose for moving if you don’t want your items broken. This company was convenient because it was a last minute move however not the best quality of services. The movers were very fast, sloppy and not careful with items. There were pieces to my bed that were not put back onto the bed after move. My main dresser was destroyed and the mover claimed it was that way when he moved it which was definitely not the case. I’ve had my furniture for 2 years and only moved once prior so my furniture was in good shape before this move. The entire framework of my dresser was out of place and continued to collapse after the move until new hardware was put in. There were a lot of screws and extra pieces left behind so it’s safe to say my furniture was not properly put back together. My other dresser (chest) has a chip on one of the drawers and a few of my dishes broke (although marked fragile). I tried to contact the “guy in charge” and he did not answer my phone calls and it has been about a week since I’ve moved. In addition to failure to properly put things back together and not properly caring for fragile items, the movers were very unprofessional and argued throughout the move with one another, causing scenes and seemed emotionally unstable. Not to mention they weren’t even going to repair my dresser until I mentioned not compensating them. Pretty sure I’ll have to get another dresser next time I move. I was told I’d be compensated for broken items and have yet to receive a returned call.”
