I'm not normally one to leave a negative review on a business page, however, after reaching out to the owner and STILL finding things broken/scratched after our move this past March, I felt the need to write down our experience. I gave them two stars just because the initial communication was great and the "kids" they sent were kind and worked very hard. Here comes the bad news... There was no way these young adults had been trained how to properly move furniture and how to cushion things appropriately. I only know this because I have witnessed my parents moved cross country twice and within state twice, and our moving truck was a disaster compared to theirs and they have NEVER had anything broken or severely scratched, like we did. First off, we had SEVERAL of our furniture pieces terribly scratched (master bedroom bed, daughter's crib, my wedding hutch, another black hutch, amongst other things). The scratches seem to be in locations where they used straps or ratchets without any cushion. On top of that, there are pieces broken off/chips on lots of the wooden furniture sets as well. They broke chunks of my daughter's crib, a huge piece off my daughter's antique vanity mirror. I reached out to the owner after I found the broken chunk off my daughter's mirror just laying next to it after they unloaded the truck and the boys did not mention it. Also, the evening after they unloaded our truck we went to put our daughter's crib back together and the bolts were missing... We had to wait around while they contacted all the guys involved in the move to find out one of them had taken them home. The owner did make arrangements to bring the bolts to our house, but we went without the crib for the night. I just want to suggest that there be some kind of supervisor there if they're sending out these young guys because they did NOT know how to pack and move furniture safely and without damage. We hired this company based on the excellent reviews... We just somehow got an inexperienced group of movers.”

They sent two kids who claimed to know how to load a truck yet we nearly tipped our truck over turning a corner since all the heavy things were stacked on one side. We opened the back only to find boxes upside down, misaligned boxes, broken furniture, tossed boxes, etc. It was such a nasty mess we had to unload the entire truck and redo it costing us valuable time and money. Photos of the job are added. Note the upside down boxes, torn boxes, boxes coming undone due weight. We unpacked a small portion but ran out of time to unload it all. The one kept saying "I'm not responsible for packing the truck" "I'm just taking boxes over" which should've been my clue to check, but I trusted the company and so called professionals. We called to complain and were told nothing would be done to fix it nor give back our money. Then the man hung upon my father who was on speaker phone. It was awful. I'm horrified by how my parents' stuff was treated and how they dealt with the problem.”
