If you want all of your personal belongings poorly handles, broken, or destroyed, feel free to use this company. My husband booked this company because we ended up needing to move faster than the military could get us packed and out as my husband was separating and starting a new job. He booked this company due to their high ratings and insistence that they could give us the same quality as a full military move. The headache started from day one - they were scheduled to arrive on a Monday for a full-service move, delayed until Tuesday. The crew shows up on Tuesday completely unaware that it was a full-service move. I wasn't able to supervise the packing, and they clearly put minimal effort into it. Not a single box was labeled, not even generally. Some of our things were packed in garbage bags. Literal garbage bags. They punched two holes in the wall of our house while moving furniture out. They finished packing and loading, then expected us to pay literally thousands more because our deposit apparently wasn't enough. Dramatically (I would say criminally) underquoted us. When we attempted to call and figure out why this happened, the only answer was they couldn't do anything until the subcontractor submitted paperwork. Apparently, we live in the dark ages and there aren't a bunch of different ways to contact other people, especially when it comes to a legitimate concern. Finally, our items are delivered, and they refuse to unload until they get the final payment - fine. But then they open the trunk and I'm not kidding when I say that literally every box is damaged. Plastic totes are smashed in (they were brand new and purchases specifically for the move). We moved two longboard surfboards - both were damaged. One was in mint condition and now sports a 4 foot scratch in the epoxy and two clear dents. The movers literally broke a desk in front of us due to nothing other than complete carelessness.”

SCAM/FRAUD Alert!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This company will say what they have to in order to get your business but it is all a lie. They took a deposit and told me if I needed the additional stop it would be $150 to add it and to wait and see if I wanted to. I called to add it and they said that is another move completely I will have to pay for. Their customer service rep lied to get my business. In addition, the company that charged me is American Standard Moving LLC (go read their horrid reviews!). They basically sub-contracted my move to this other company and gave them my credit card info to be charged which I did not authorize and have no contractual obligations with that company. I've since reported the fraud/scam to my credit card company in hopes of getting my deposit back and then I will be finding someone else to do business with. Stay clear of these people. They are the worst kind of humans I have ever met. I do not normally write reviews but am writing this so others do not get scammed as well. To the others who had the same experience please report it! Let's get this company closed down permanently. In addition, the good reviews here seem to be fake! the people reviewing have only ever reviewed this company. Find it hard to believe so many people chose to review of all things this piece of garbage company... UPDATE! This is also a brokerage company they do not actual do your move! The customer service lady who I think is the owner and likely one of the only people who works for this company is rude and basically told me you should have read the contract better and she is right but I'll escalate this until I close this company down. She tried to get me to cancel my move so she could keep my deposit but I did not, she better contractually provide my services or she will be violating my contract with her. Unless she wants to give me my money back and then I will gladly run away and never look back!!”

I feel as though I have been completely taken advantage of by this company and could not recommend them to anyone. Whenever I booked my move, I was told it would be $1500 and three to four days before I receive my things for a Pennsylvania to Florida move. Now, after paying double than what they said I would be paying, I am told it could be up to 14 days before I even receive my things, and that’s only after they picked everything up. Scott Thomas on the phone only told me what I wanted to hear, took my money, and has been unhelpful since. They contract your job out to another company and after they get their deposit, they don’t care to deal with you at all. They didn’t ask for the size of my boxes so because of this, the movers said I would be paying extra. Another thing I was never told about was that I needed to have CASH or VENMO ready for when the actual movers arrived. If I had planned on using a credit card, I would have been screwed. And now it is incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone with the status of my belongings and it is now days after my projected delivery date with no word from them without me calling relentlessly. Every time I get someone on the phone, they say I will receive another phone call later in the day to discuss my issues and that never happens. I am being given the runaround while this company refuses to tell me where my belongings are and when I will get them. I was supposed to start working a few days after arriving (as soon as I had my things delivered to me), but I was never told that could be up to two weeks from my pickup date and now I am left without a way to make money seeing as they have all of my equipment (I’m a massage therapist and they have my table.) Considering their lack of concern about my timeframe, my money, and all of my things that I entrusted them with, I am honestly very worried about whether my items will arrive to me in decent condition now. Friends of mine had a job booked with them a week after me but after they saw how unprofessional Cardinal Van Lines is and how dishonest they were about price and time frame, they were able to cancel their job and receive their deposit back as this company KNOWS they are making promises they won’t keep. Please save yourself money and peace of mind and do not use this company. They will rip you off and then say everything was only an estimate. Guaranteed all of these wonderful reviews are bought because both myself and my friends experienced nothing but terrible service from them.”
