There aren't stars on Yelp for these awesome guys. They were ridiculously nice from first inquiry though the last box unloaded. They were a few minutes early to arrive, did a walk around, and got to work. I swear they sprinted for 3 hours straight while interacting with us, cracking jokes, and taking super careful care of our items. They even took disassembled and reassembled our bed frame! During that process had found one of my rings and immediately ran down to hand it over, making a joke. I had been bummed for a while thinking it was long gone. Tyler and the crew were amazing and they really took the stress out of moving. Which you probably know if you're looking into moves, is one of the worst and most stressful events to go through. Highly recommend these guys. Pricing was super fair and well worth it. Thanks, guys!”

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. My husband and I moved back to Texas from Colorado and the movers we had loaded our truck very poorly. Pretty much everything we own is ruined. We are happy to say we don't live in Colorado, so we would never need moving services in that state again, but we will never recommend BAM to anyone and we have and will continue to let everyone in Colorado know about our horrible moving experience and to not use BAM ever for moving services. BEWARE and stay clear away from this moving company!!! Worst experience we have ever had and they never called us back to talk about the damage they caused to our items.... Pictures of our trashed possessions are attached. Clearly all damage was due to how poorly our items were loaded. Books on top of fragile boxes? Come on?!!! And straps not securing boxes well at all?! All of our boxes fell over and crushed other boxes and furniture. Tons of ruined expensive furniture pieces and items...these guys do not care at all about your possessions at all. And rip you off financially big time!! Pathetic!!”

AVOID! Not professional but rather a strong come on that sounds good but clearly was not there in the actual experience of what was a simple, local move....protect yourself and look elsewhere than these clowns in overalls. You'll thank yourself you did. In sum, the first flag was Don comes on loud and strong with good enthusiasm but can't help himself but use bad, slick sales patter... Phrases like "You'll get my best crew" just easily roll off his tongue. Another early red flag in hindsight was Don consistently missed scheduled phone appointments that he set up. He then had the consistent gall to depict himself as a victim, saying "It got busy"....okay, slight delays but you choose to keep working and not call does but excuse them...and one was 5 hours?! A responsible service company gets hired for the solutions you say you can deliver, not the problems you choose to create then not own. Truth be told, those who work for Don and Nate were candid enough to apologize for them more than once. Others also shared that too many jobs get booked...actually more than they can properly handle...so Don and Nate work those guys (not all full-time employees, so another red flag in hindsight) hard a lot, "chasing the mighty buck for the top two" as one guy said. There was just so much that was obviously wrong with the actual packing and moving too. Some examples include: - Loads of over wrapping which took way longer to do than was really needed and also cost us more in wrap materials; - A consistent lack of labelling on boxes - so after they left we've had to move up to 30 boxes around our house; - A twisted china cabinet glass door that was easy to see was damaged, they didn't own up to it on the day and it still won't shut now; - Plus various other damaged items; - Some home office equipment was just transported without protection on the dusty truck and then left in our new garage and not up in the new office so we had to move that too; - And well, you hopefully start to get the real picture of what this awful experience was... We even sent pictures of some of the damage at one point after the move but tellingly we never got a single reply....so once they had our money they just did not care for sure. Again, big talk up front, truly a bad moving experience, and so save yourself from all that and do look elsewhere that Boulder All Star Disaster! Good luck!”

They were very fast, completed a job 2 hours faster than the estimated time while being extra careful of all my belongings. They also helped me move a piano and did it with extra care. They were very communicative with each other and made sure to map out routes in the house so that nothing scratched the wall paint or got damaged. I also watched them take extra time to secure everything in the truck before they started driving to the new destination. 110% will be using them when I move again. (8am move, May 1 2020)”

I needed to get my house sale ready, which meant taking a bunch of stuff out of my house to make it look staged. I called around and had to explain myself at each call. When I called Boulder All Star Movers, they knew exactly what I needed and how long it would take them. They told me to reserve online (super easy) and to over estimate the time but that they only charge for the time they take. I was refunded within a week for the hour they didn't use. The guys that showed up at our house were friendly, efficient and even helped with setting up a bed frame we had taken out of storage. We plan on using them again for our moving out move.
