I was quoted around $500 and it ended up being over a grand. This is too big of a disparity. I could have seen going upwards to $600. The guys were good guys, but I was charged almost $300 in materials (this wasn't included when we originally discussed our quote with the company). This seemed excessive for some shrink wrap. I reached out and asked for an explanation, but did not receive a response. I requested a refund for this material and never heard back. They installed a buffet table, but the drawers are jammed/installed incorrectly so I have to hire someone to reinstall. I generally would have tipped the guys more since it's hard work, but couldn't since I was so far over what I planned on spending. If I hear back I'd consider adjusting the review.”

I’m writing this to save you some trouble. They took 7 hours, were able to move ~60 percent of my belongings and it cost near 1k. I regret hiring them, I regret tipping them early in hopes they would pick up the pace. And they may have not thought I understood Spanish but I overheard some unpleasant comments from the movers. They move around like geriatrics, milking every hour, the speed at which they unload is astoundingly slow and their organization was lacking clearly; they were out of breath before they even got here. I will say that I had not completed packing before they arrived but last time I had movers it included large bins for transporting items they did not have these my fault for the expecting it. their website even says the packaging service offered they tried to take the first furniture without properly wrapping them with Saran. If you're not on top of them you won’t protect your belongings properly. I was assured their truck was large but it filled up very fast and did not fit every item in my two bedroom apartment. Not expecting to hire them again.”
