I spoke with owner and gave a deposit to move my daughters apartment. I was very specific I would be in the mountains camping without cell service and my daughters summer intern job . She did not have access to phone. Gave him apartment number said I will have someone there to let him and give them storage unit. When I get back in cell service 3 days later. My phone is blown up with calls from the person I had arranged to be there stating they never showed up. When I called big guys he said they called my number no one answered so they didn’t go to apartment. He never once said anything about a conformation call when I paid deposit. When I talked to him he refused to refund deposit. The young man I had waiting on them at apartment ended up moving my daughter 3rd floor apartment by himself. Started at 4:30 had to be out by 8. Because they had to prep apartment for someone the next day.”

From the time they arrived til they left, they kept asking what was a priority, and what could stay. We were moving 4 1/2 hours away, and needed everything to go. We had already brought a 6x12 uhaul full if stuff, and they still didn't get it all. The truck was not packed full from top to bottom when they arrived to unload. They were very nice, but when things were left behind, that should of came, it's very disappointing! Now we have to drive back to old house to move rest of stuff. Would not use them again!!!”

My husband and I are in our 60s. We used a different mover in the past but they were booked so we had to use this mover. The 2 guys were nice and polite but very inefficient. They only moved one box at a time. We had 2 moving dollies but they did not use them. We scheduled 2 hours but they were so slow we gave them a 3rd hour. We do have upstairs apartment; they were struggling with how to move certain pieces of furniture and finally we had to tell them we couldn’t afford any more time. So we were left with moving our dining set, file cabinet, dining chairs, office chairs, 2 desks, futon, end tables, entertainment center, mattress and all the boxes. They moved 2 TVs, bedroom furniture and living room furniture and accent table. The landscapers saw us struggling and offered to help because my husband has heart issues and COPD and couldn’t breathe. These 2 landscapers moved everything except dining table, bar stools, freezer, and dining table and chairs. The guys moving us admitted to us they had long day the day before and we’re moving very slow. So, overall, it was a disappointing move and I am thankful for the landscapers. No, I would not use this company again. $270 lost.”

Plus he refused to give me a detailed invoice before I paid. Plus there were several items of damage in the move but he paid just $30 for 0ver #300 in damage Do not use these guys.. a rip-off”
