Do not use this company!! We used them and everything went great until the last minute when one of the movers walked thru the screen door and broke it off the frame. The owner told me he would reimburse us. He told us that an employee mailed the check to us. Then he told me he mailed the check himself. But no check was ever received and it was only $200!! We filed a complaint with the BBB and they also never received a response. I do NOT recommend using this mover, you can’t trust management!”

I highly recommend Bell Movers. I recently moved my mom into a care facility with very little notice. This particular facility provides an unfurnished/empty room, so this was essentially like a move to a studio apartment. I called Bell Movers first thing in the morning, explaining that I needed a mover that same day, but couldn't name a precise time, because there was a series of things that had to happen in a sequential order before Mom's belongings could be moved in. Scott was very understanding and compassionate, saying to keep him posted and he would work it in, and was willing to do the job solo if his employees were done for the day. It ended up happening just that way, very late in the afternoon. Scott was very pleasant, professional, and careful with Mom's belongings. He was very conscious of protecting them as well as the surrounding environment, like the doors, walls, ceilings, gates, and landscape. He worked quickly and efficiently. He made it look easy, and like he was moving his own mother's things. I will definitely call Bell Movers whenever I need moving help again.”

Disappointing. We hired Bell Movers to move into our new house. We arranged for him to arrive at 9am so we could get the piano moved since the house was getting a home inspection and we couldn’t go inside after that. He had an issue with his kid’s day care and said he’d get there by 10. Stuff happens, I get that, but he arrived at 11:15am. And he was by himself with no help. My uncle and husband ended up helping him move our stuff which infuriated me because we hired him so that we DIDN’T have to move everything ourselves. We thought we hired a company, not one guy with a truck. When he got to our new house, he did a good job of moving stuff where we asked him to, and we paid him. It was tough to get ahold of him for the piano. He said he called us twice but we didn’t have any missed calls from him. I had to keep calling to nail down a time and date even a few days before. When he asked about payment I said since it was your fault that you were late and we couldn’t move the piano with the rest of our things, we assumed it would be free (business making things right type of thing). He said he didn’t move it because he didn’t have enough hands. So we were being punished because his workers didn’t show up? We ended up finding a different company to move the piano within the day and they did a fantastic job. Scott is a nice guy, but I would not recommend hiring him to help you move. To respond: Yes, we did research and thought you had good reviews. We asked multiple times if you were able to bring more people out. I could not reschedule because I have very few personal days to take each year. We got one call from you, otherwise we had to call you each time. We asked you about the piano because we wanted you to finish the job (again, we couldn’t get into the house after 9 and you arrived an hour after you said you would). If I knew you were thinking of the piano and move as two separate moves, I wouldn’t have wasted so many weeks to schedule it moving and would have just gone with someone who could do it more timely. I communicated by phone because it took you a very long time to respond to emails. Don’t tell me I didn’t communicate. I hope you take the feedback and improve for your future customers.”

We used Bell Movers twice as we had to move all of our things into storage for three weeks before we could move into our new house. Scott Bell, Kobe and Randy were amazing! We picked (not intentionally) two of the hottest days of the summer to move. They worked non-stop, made sure our items were wrapped well and protected, and remained really positive even with a heavy piano to get up front porch steps. I appreciated the safety precautions Scott took, not only with our belongings, but also to make sure his employees didn’t get hurt. And when there was an issue with some damage at the storage facility, Scott took responsibility for it immediately and worked directly with the storage company to remedy it. Movers in general are expensive. But Bell Movers was worth every penny. And much cheaper than back surgery! I highly recommend them.”
